Roaches,given dirty room ,changed rooms and dirty to roaches. No butter for toast,stale bread SUCKED would like a refund.i believe Expedia never checks these room out.i want a job checking out motels and rating for Expedia?

Filthy criminal. Room was disgustingly dirty and smelly. Expedia charged $68 up front. When I checked in I was asked for a credit card and ID. Without my knowledge, the crooked hotel charged me $83.84. When I called the hotel, I was told Expedia would have to call them. Expedia wants a copy of a receipt that the Red Roof did not give me for the fraudulent charge. I sent my credit card statement, but not good enough for Expedia's support staff on the other side of the World. Double charged to sleep with the bugs.

We did not like the cockroaches in our bathroom! The floor was filthy with dog tracks and detritus everywhere. It needed to be swept and mopped a month ago!!!

To be fair. We paid 65 per night. On the otherside of scale room 118 our first room, has dirty stained blankets and several comfortable cockroaches, and the phone did not work. We switched on request and were given room 213. We had heard an older indian gentleman asking specifically for upper floor closest to office rooms which we now know are the nicest ones. Property tired. Staff tired. Ok place to rest your head cheap. Dont count on breakfast. Not going to comment further.
