Josh's cabin was the perfect place to stay as it was conveniently located just a few miles from campus and easily accessible from the highway. It was competitively priced with the hotels in the area and offered more bang for our buck. This is definitely a great find. Josh was very responsive to my questions before and during our stay. We would highly recommend this place to anyone."

"If you are seeing a concert at Bank of NH pavilion, look no further. Venue is a quick walk (no more then 10 minutes) on a tiny, lit path behind the motel. Steps away from a gorgeous beach with chairs provided. We were so happy we came a day early to enjoy it. Lake view from the balcony. Place was not fancy by any means but very clean and had everything you may need. We will be back!"
