Great place
We stayed close by the mountain because we brought a baby and wanted quick access to the mountain. The condo was in a great location and was comfortable, easy to access, and a perfect fit for our stay.

Fantastic location
Very comfortable place. 2 block walk with skis to Home Again Trail to the lifts. Warm garage was great. Loved the hot tub and the gas fireplace. Kitchen was poorly stocked to cook for 6 people. We bought a big frying pan and Tupperware to add to the kitchen. Bring your own knives. Overall would definitely stay there again.

Comfortable and convenient
A year ago, our group stayed at a different nearby property...probably the nicest rental we've ever booked! Sure, this one was more affordable with a slightly smaller group to share the cost. But, it's quite basic; even lacking in areas such as kitchen items, decor, and overall impression. Bedding was comfortable; shower was adequate; living room OK. Property manager(s) were very responsive to our needs and questions. Access is excellent. Whitefish is an awesome ski mountain!

Ski trip
The condo was very clean upon arrival and in a convenient location. The kitchen was maybe a little under furnished with regards to housewares - no coffee filters, no dish brush - a few more pots would have been nice, but it was sufficient for our stay. The beds were comfy, bathrooms stocked sufficiently. We found the bedrooms to be a bit on the chilly side (it was during the extreme cold spell)- the fireplace heated up the living area nicely. We enjoyed our stay and would come back.

Great location
Our family loved the rental for the week. We enjoyed staying in the Whitefish Ski Resort area. It was very convenient to the ski resort. The apartment had everything we needed for this trip. We would definitely come back again some day.

Comfortable Condo
Enjoyed staying at this condo on Big Mountain in Whitefish. I only gave it four stars because it said there was a mountain view and there wasn't one. So, that was a bit disappointing because that was why we choose that location. And, all the dishes in the kitchen were dirty when we arrived. Other than that, the condo was comfortable and it was easy communication with the owner.

Weekend Ski Vacation
This is a great condo near the slopes which worked great for our trip with 3 adult couples. The hot tub was available for use during our March trip, and was greatly appreciated after a day on the slopes. The kitchen was fairly well stocked with basic necessities plus the outside grill is great. One thing to note, I would not consider this condo to be ski in / ski out. The closest route to / from the slopes requires walking a few blocks to the 'Home Again' run which brings you to the base lodge. To get to the main lifts (Village) you had to walk uphill & much farther. This wasn't a big deal for us, but something to be aware of since this is marked as ski in / ski out.

Beautiful Montana condo
My family and I stayed in this beautiful condo in December. We loved the 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Has a cozy living room and well stocked kitchen. Also enjoyed the hot tub after skiing all day. Highly recommend this unit!

New Years Skiing
Great rental condo and skiing. Depending on walking route picked about 200 yard up to 1/4 mile walk to ski slopes and resort village. Limited dinner options at resort village New Years weekend. But small grocery at village helped. Snow bus ok to Whitefish. Uber can have limited availability.

perfect vacation spot
unit was clean and quite. very well located. no AC but the property manager had all windows open that day and fans running. We kept all open through the night and was comfortable temp wise for the most part. Would have been nice to have a bigger TV for family movie nights with the kids at the end of our days. Otherwise was an overall great experience.

Lots of space, clean, and great location
We stayed here for a trip to Glacier National Park. It's a bit farther from the park than other places we looked at, but not by much, and it's a modern, clean place with lots of room and amenities (including a hot tub and a grill) at a great price.

No AC
Be warned that this unit does not have AC if you are visiting in July or August. When we checked in late in the afternoon it was about 90 degrees inside the unit as it is the top unit in the building - the garage was much cooler than our unit. There were initially only two small desk fans in two of the three bedrooms - one of which was more or less broken. There are no ceiling fans in the bedrooms. We reached out to the property management team and they brought us an industrial like fan the next morning which we kept on essentially the whole time we were there with the porch door open. Also one of the three bedrooms does not have a screen on its window. The guest bathroom shower drain was extremely slow draining, however when we contacted the property management it was fixed the next day. The kitchen had a reasonable amount of stuff, but seemed to be missing multiple things. The unit had lots of towels, sheets and pillows etc which is super nice when traveling with friends and multiple kiddos. It also has a garage, however it is a shared garage. The beds in the unit were comfortable. The property management team was easy to get a hold of and super responsive. So why the 2. The sweltering heat when we got there with the lack of AC and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. We had to reach out to the property management team to get the one big fan we had during our stay. The price of this unit is similar to units with AC so we would probably stay at one of those units instead. The listing does not point out the lack of AC. Like I said the property management team was super responsive. If it hadn't been for the lack of AC it would have been a 3+ because of the property management team. The unit it self is fine, just middle of the road. FYI - internet service for your phone is sketch at the unit so make sure you have downloaded the instructions on how to get in prior to showing up to the unit.

This place was amazingly close to everything. Short walk to the Stube and a small uphill jaunt to Chairlift 2. Will definitely come back to this one next year

Came to Whitefish for the Under the Big Sky Music Festival. Condo was exactly as described and worked perfect for our festival weekend. Shuttle picked us up right behind the condo to take us to the event. Very comfortable with nice kitchen. Deck was awesome for morning coffee.

Great value and just far enough away
Our main reason for going to Whitefish was to visit Glacier National Park. We found the condo very comfortable and worked out great for my father who has mobility issues. We visited the park four days and enjoyed it alot. I will recommend this vacation rental.

Best Birthday Ever
We recently stayed at the condo for my husband's 70th birthday and our friends husband's 66 birthday. The condo was perfect, well stocked and cozy. We had a fabulous weekend with the men doing some skiing and the women doing some shopping. Plenty of room for the 4 of us as we cooked up a gourmet birthday dinner and got cozy around the fireplace and watched the snow fall. Very quite building and loved being on the top floor with the view of the ski hill. We are planning on making this an annual event and will definitely re-book this unit if available.

Great condo for a family stay.
Loved our stay on the mountain. This condo was clean, comfortable and very well maintained. Our family of 5 stayed here for a family reunion and we can’t wait to return. We enjoyed hiking In Glacier Park, lift rides up the mountain, Whitefish Lake park and dining and shopping in Whitefish. Jared was very prompt in responding to questions before, during and after our stay. Definitely recommend this unit and property management company.

Perfect place for a family reunion
This condo is up to date with nice kitchen amenities, comfortable and can accommodate a family of 6-8. We enjoyed having a conversation with a glass of wine on the deck in the evening, star gazing and just enjoying the beautiful scenery. It has so many activities in the area like hiking, biking & taking the chair lift or gondola up to the top of the mountain for a spectacular view of the Whitefish area. And make sure you visit downtown Whitefish that has great restaurants, shopping and several breweries. I’d highly recommend this property for your family vacation — summer or winter. BJ

Black Diamond Condo in Whitefish
The condo was really good, well maintained and accommodated 10 of us. All the amenities were good and it was well stocked. Our stay was really pleasant and enjoyable. The owners are pretty nice and prompt in responding to your calls or messages. It's pretty close to the scenic lifts/ski lifts in Whitefish, Whitefish downtown and Whitefish Beach State Park. This is especially a very scenic and serene place and perfect for relaxed vacations. It is convenient to stay when visiting West side of Glacier National Park. If you want to visit East Glacier it's better to find accommodations on the East.

A great week
property was neat, clean, comfortable, well stocked (except for a functioning corkscrew). We were able to get around Whitefish resort well. We had enough room to entertain a meal (10 of us) for our friends who have relocated to Whitefish. The snow was great and the mountain was a pleasure. I'm sure we'll be back.

Beautiful Place on the Mountain in Whitefish
The condo is exactly as shown in the photos. We stayed for 4 nights and really enjoyed having space to relax after skiing. It was clean and comfortable and Jerod was awesome. He answered all of our questions and went above and beyond. Would be happy to stay here again.

Very nice----quality and location
Clean well stocked condo. Not ski in ski out but only short walk to village and ski run to base. Washer and dryer are nice to have. We didn't even rent a car although there is a garage. Shuttle from airport was inexpensive and snowbus to town is free! You won't be disappointed.

Location, Location
We very much enjoyed our stay at Black Diamond Condos. The condo is very clean and beds are comfortable. Has all that you need for an amazing vacation. Don't think I've stayed in a better location. Just a 2 minute walk to Home Again trail to start your day and after a couple well deserved cocktails after a great day of skiing it's a quick walk across the parking lot home. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful condo right up at Whitefish Village Resort
We stayed here for several days in August 2016. The condo is in great shape and we all really enjoyed our stay. For our group (5 adults and 2 children), this place was absolutely perfect. It was very quiet because of the season, we were the only ones using the hot tub at night. It's walking distance to the village and the bus stop to go down into Whitefish. I'd definitely stay here again.
