Located in the heart of North Conway, this hotel is adjacent to Settlers' Green Outlet Village, featuring more than 60 shops. The hotel lobby area features the hotel's mascot, Monty the Moose, as well as overstuffed leather armchairs and a fireplace. A variety of card and board games are available.
On-site amenities include an indoor pool and men's and women's saunas; a new (March 2007) year-round outdoor pool and spa tub with a heated patio area; and a children's zero-entry pool with spray jets and interactive water features, open seasonally. A children's playground and a game room are on site. Children's programs are offered year-round, including movie nights, storytime, and ice cream socials.
The on-site fitness center features flat-panel TVs; treadmills, bikes, elliptical trainers, and strength-training equipment are available. Four tennis courts are on site. Outside, a picnic area is available near the pond. Guests can enjoy ice skating in the winter; snowmobile rentals are available.
Complimentary wireless Internet access is available throughout the hotel. Guests can purchase discounted tickets for area attractions at the front desk.
The hotel has 15 newly renovated (March 2007) meeting rooms with over 12,000 square feet of conference and banquet facilities. Hospitality suites are available for gatherings, and outdoor tenting is available for groups of 10-1,000 guests. Conference and event planners are on staff.
The hotel is entirely smoke-free.

North Conway Grand Hotel offers 200 oversized guestrooms and suites, all with mountain or pond views. Amenities include complimentary wireless Internet access, CD/MP3 players, in-room safes, and 37-inch cable TV with Nintendo video games and DVD players. Guests have complimentary use of an extensive DVD library on site. Rooms have refrigerators, microwaves, and gourmet coffee and teas. Marble bathrooms have Speakman showerheads, luxurious bath amenities, and hair dryers.

The Mountainside Restaurant - Offers a charming lodge-style setting overlooking the pond. For breakfast, an extensive buffet is available, including scrambled eggs, Eggs Benedict, bacon, sausage, and waffles. Children ages 12 and under eat complimentary meals, and are often greeted by the hotel's mascot, Monty the Moose. In the evening, guests can enjoy an extensive menu of soups, salads, steaks, chicken, seafood and desserts.

“Hotel was better than expected.”
The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Food was excellent and service was great. It was fun being right in the middle of the oulet shops and very convient walking. Pools were beautiful and we will certainly return.
“Excellent place to stay/will definitely go back!”
The hotel has great amenities such as an outdoor heated pool and hot tub which was really fun to be in with the snow all around us. Every night during the Christmas vacation week they had free kids movies, free ice cream socials and other activities as well. They are right behind all the outlets so shopping is extremely covenient. Their breakfast buffet was great too...we enjoyed making our own Belgian waffles. This hotel was great and we wouldn't stay anywhere else in the North Conway area again. It is by far the best value with great amenities and location.
“Well worth the money”
The hotel was very conveniently located to the Settlers Green Shops. It was nice to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room as well as a safe. Room was a good size to accomodate 3 people Outdoor year round pool/hot tub a plus!

“Perfect....even in the rain !”
This is by far our favorite resort in North Conway... and it keeps getting better ! The new outdoor pool and hot tub was great fun for all at night... and even in the rain... in April even !! The kids loved swimming in the heated pool at night... and we loved chatting it up with other adults in the hot tub... with rain falling on our heads ! A comfy bed to go back to.. and a great shower in the morning.... what a great place to escape to even for only a night or two ! We will keep going back !

I had been to North Conway many times before and was looking for a hotel that was beside everything yet still set back so I can enjoy some peace and quiet. I came to this hotel because of how elegant it looked, and upon my stay there I was marveled. I was treated incredible, and the rooms were a fairly good size, they were imaculantly clean and they were willing to cater to your every whim if need be. It was a great spot to get away for the weekend and just unwind.

Spacious clean and well appointed rooms. The hotel has everything travelers need, pools, fitness center, lounge, restaurant, and proximity to factory outlet shopping.

It was a blustery day when we checked into the North Conway Grand Hotel. We were glad we didn't have to travel far that evening. We shopped just steps from our back door finding some great bargains at the mall. The staff was very friendly and informative. It was a really nice treat having hot chocolate, hot cider and cookies in the lobby, We chatted with some other guests and enjoyed seeing a bride and groom. We were not really impressed with the restaurant. We were only given the special's menu when we arrived and didn't know there were other choices. The waitress was like a robot. We were not offered refills or dessert. Therefore, we decided not to eat breakfast there. The front desk suggested Peaches and it was a lovely place. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. Since my husband is a woodworker I noticed how the door didn't fit. There was a good two inches on one side that didn't meet the jam. We didn't need a nightlight. One room down the hall had a peep hole at about waist level. We would stay there again.
“the secret pool”
Apon ariving after a day on mt washington cog we headed for the pool. The hotel had three , two in the hotel and one off site, the ones at the hotel were heated to 90 deg and it was about 95 that day not refreshing . but the next morning we got directions to the other pool (a short walk) it was secluded had a deep end and was very clean this made our day .
