“Very Comfortable”

The hotel is what you would expect for this hotel. The bedrooms are two tiered, with the living & bathroom on the base level with a stairs to the bedroom. The hotel is ideally located within a few minutes to the gondola, shops and pubs. The Hot tube area is fairly small and the pool was closed. Underground parking is available and this costs $20. But they will park your car for you.

This hotel had great service friendly staff and a very new upbeat feel. The pool was great and there was awsome things to make you feel at home.

Loved this hotel! Decor is hip, location is close to everything. Staff are friendly yet very low key (which is what I am looking for in a hotel). Highly recommend this place!

The hotel is very central which made it very easy to access restaurants, shops and attractions. The staff were all very helpful and welcoming. The suite was modern in decor and well design. We had a great time and would not hesitate to rebook at the hotel the next time we visited Whistler.

“Impressed”

We were impressed when we arrived at the hotel as it was in a great location (walking distance to restaurants, shops & ski lifts). The room appearance was ultra modern, warm & inviting. For our arrival the fire was on, background music & mood lighting - a treat to walk in to. A turn down service also recreated this each night & left a chocolate on our bed. Staff were friendly & helpful. We requested a crib for our baby, a babysitter & laptop which were all no problem to be arranged. The only thing I could fault was that there was some noise late at night from a nearby bar until about 2am each night which filtered through our window. Aside from that I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone heading to Whistler as I would happily stay here again. Perfect for couples, friends or families alike.
