Whistler No-Snow Wash Out Ski Trip
House was wonderful. Rained most of week, snowed nil. Members of our party who went out anyway were able to use the ski in/ ski out convenience. Beautiful, comfortable home regardless!

10 days in Whistler
Overall, this is a good (but not spectacular) property. First the good: 1. Great location - right in the heart of whistler village, can walk downhill, great neighborhood, etc. 2. Very easy to deal with on booking, property management, and a smooth process in and out 3. Parking was as disclosed 4. Whistler is fantastic and it's hard not to have a good time For the bad: A. The furniture is all VERY low profile. This may be to some individual's tastes, but I"m 6'4. The couch is only 4 to 5 inches off the ground. It's basically a pad on the floor. (A very nice pad, and if you are ok with low profile furniture, it was great). Similarly the beds are low profile. The sleeping platform is 18" off the floor. B. One of the downstairs bathrooms has a weird step not shown in the photos -- this makes the bathroom VERY tight. It was 100% useable and in good shape, but you can't ever have 2 people in there at the same time. (Just a very odd design to me, if this was the only issue in the house I wouldn't have mentioned it). C. The SINGLE biggest issue I had was the bottom floor smells strongly of mildew. There's little air circulation. Property management tried to help by brining some floor fans that we put in front of all of the windows to improve air flow -- but you can't do that at night when its 45F -- and it requires to leave all bedroom doors open. (E.g. during day ok, at night, mildew smell). If the mildew issue gets fixed, easy 5 stars

Thanks for detailed review Christopher. Glad to hear that overall your stay was good. I agree that the furniture is very nice but low. The designer that put all new furniture in the home a few years ago chose the furniture. Some groups love it and some do not. We have addressed the smell on the lowest floor previously in other reviews. The smell showed up right after a renovation was completed. It seems to only show up when it's warm outside. We have had pest control attend, carpets professionally cleaned several times, and the property tested for mold. Perfect house for group of friends
We had the best time in this house. Everyone was comfortable, the ski in/ski out, walking proximity to town and garage set up was super convenient, the kitchen had everything we needed, the property managers were super nice and responsive, and the house was very well stocked with tissues, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Would love to return!!

Better than imagined
We were very excited once we just saw the photos and description, but the location and ski in/out was wonderful, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the hot tub was the perfect way to end the day.

Gorgeous and convenient
We stayed with three generations, 13 people total from 18 months to 75 years. It was perfect. Beautiful furniture, spotlessly clean and you can't beat the convenience. Property management was flawless. Highly recommend.

Exquisite getaway
This property was very spacey and felt very comfortable. It’s got 4 floors with the hot tub on the 2nd floor. Having a pool table gives great entertainment for the people who wouldn't want to go in the hot tub. The host and property management was great to contact to deal with as well. Fantastic stay
We stayed here for my wedding and had the house for our bridal party. It's an incredible property with tons of amenities. Was perfect for our group and we had a wonderful time. Great location, easy to walk down the slope to the village. Couldn't recommend it enough!

Wonderful/beautiful home for large & small groups
This home is in Pinnacle Ridge, one of the nicer developments right on Blackcomb Mountain. You can easily walk down the ski slope (in summer) or ski down (in winter) to get to the Upper Village and then over to main village. In summer, it's a steep but do-able walk back up the hill; in winter, you can ski directly to the house. There are 6 bedrooms (3 of which are on the lowest level, where there is a bit of a musty smell but the property manager is aware and endeavoring to address it). With the main living room, plus the billiards room, there is plenty of room and seating for large groups. Hot tub on the lower deck, and lovely large upper deck. The home has all high-end finishes and the kitchen is FULLY stocked (I can't imagine any cooking implement one would need that is not there). The property manager was always VERY prompt and responsive, and instructions were easy and clear. This is a great house. We'd book through Whistler Wired again, based on this experience.

The Good, The Bad and The Unsafe
The Good: nice location, maybe 10 min to main village and quiet (although a steep hill to climb, via a road without sidewalks), good views and nice outdoor area, main room is quite nice and appreciated the hot tub, pool table and video games. Kitchen was well appointed. The Bad: There is no central air conditioning so when the weather was hot, it was probably 27C in the living room. The main couch was way past it's prime and too soft. There was an overpowering smell from plug in scent that when we pulled them out of the wall, we realized their was a very foul odour in the basement it was masking. The Unsafe: Within the first 10 minutes being there our elderly mother had fallen down a set of stairs (but somehow miraculously didn't break a bone but did get 25+ stitches, bruising, etc. and a trip to emergency). They didn't have the proper railing to safety code installed. A Fire Marshall came to inspect the place (from a previous renter's complaint) and one of the bedrooms can't actually be used as a bedroom because it has no windows. The front door has a large step up as well and could use another intermediary stepping stone.

Dear Jaro, Thank you for your time writing a review. First of all I’m sorry you had some issues during your stay. To respond to your points: 1. I'm glad you enjoyed the location, the views, the outdoor area, kitchen, hot tub, and pool table. 2. The weather was hotter than normal during your stay. Very few homes in Whistler have A/C as we tend to get cool air in the evening coming off the mountains but that was not the case during the heat wave. The downstairs rooms do stay cool, and we have A/C in the master bedroom upstairs. To help improve the heat in the living area we are installing a screen door on the large door to the patio so guests can open the door to increase air flow without bugs coming in. 3. Thankfully we have recently been able to greatly reduce the odor in the lower level to the point that the Glad plugins are not needed. 4. I’m very sorry about your elderly mother falling, that is terrible. I hope she is doing ok and recovering well? We have a contractor making improvements to these steps so that another guest does not fall again. 5. Per the Fire Marshall attending, we have not received any negative feedback from his visit. Nice house, good location
It is a good size house in an excellent location. Good customer service prior to arrival. It was a shame that we had to wash all the glasses when we turned up to remove the lipstick from them. Only the bedrooms have either AC or fly screens on the windows. The main living area gets very hot and opening the windows or doors results in all the bugs coming in.

The property manager was easy to reach and allowed early check-in. It was great to have so many comfortable bedrooms! The furniture is beautiful and well maintained, though very low. Bring your own wine glasses if you care. And you will need to contact the property manager to refill the hot tub if the water level gets low. There is no hose.

Perfect Destination
It’d be hard to imagine a better place to stay. Ideal location, steps off a green run. Easy drive into the village. Streets in neighborhood always plowed. Plenty of room for 4(!) families, clean, lots of bathrooms, and loved the heated storage room for all our winter gear at the entrance. Super responsive management who helped with all of our questions. We needed two cribs and high chairs, and the management company referred us to a local rental company who had all of the cribs installed before we arrived! We will definitely try to return. This place is a find!!

Fantastic ski-in and ski-out
The property was great and extremely convenient. Our group loved the ski-in and ski-out. From the village, you can also take the gondola back up and walk down (~5 minutes), which was nice after a long day on the slopes and apres. The home itself was fully stocked and extremely comfortable. I would not there are not 6 full baths but rather 4 and two half baths. But that was more than enough for our party of 10. I would highly recommend this house. Management team was very responsive and everything from start to finish was seamless.

Winter Wonderland
Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful!!! We stayed three nights/four days in December, the property, house and views are beautiful. The house is spacious and well equipped with all you will need for you stay. The beds are comfy and all the furniture is good quality. It snowed a lot while we were there and the front road got cleaned regularly. Very close to the village. Can’t wait to come back!!!

Very clean and comfortable!
This property was exactly as advertised, house was clean, beds were comfortable and the property manager was available to answer questions about anything we needed. The only downside is the location is a little far from the village and you have to walk down a dark road to get there. Other than that it's stunning and would definitely visit again.

Everything you will need in Whistler
Our stay was great and the kitchen had more than one would ever need. Beds were comfy and no complaints. The only issue was that there was a smell of animal urine in the lower bedroom area. It was quite strong especially when we arrived. Also the couch is very low and hard to get up from. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Great location, within 10-15 min walk to the pubs/bars. The condo is we stocked with supplies for a weekend away. Very clean and upscale beds, furniture, appliances and supplies. You will not be disappointed by staying here!

Perfect spot for a group

Amazing weekend !
We had a wonderful stay in Whistler at this fantastic property! The home was clean and spacious and the kitchen fully stocked with every utensil and tool. Whistler wired was wonderful to deal with as we requested an early check in to ensure our 8 month and 2.5 year old babies could have a nap. Christopher Woods who we were in contact with from whistler wired was absolutely fantastic to work with- friendly, professional and prompt! I would recommend this property to all family and friends.

Great spaces to gather, have conversations, and play board games. Deck is an added bonus. Location is perfect for walks and enjoying upper village. Property manager is excellent to deal with - very attentive to questions and requests.

Lovely Home, Terrific Location
I stayed here during the Winter of 2020. The property is as dazzling as the photographs on the site. The kitchen is fully-stocked, and ideal for folks who like to cook. The bedroom are spacious and comfortable. We had a group of 7, and everyone had plenty of room. The location could not possibly be more convenient to the ski mountain. It is literally 'ski in, ski out' as advertised. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a lovely ski vacation.
