Great Place in West Kelowna
Great place that was perfect for our stay. Everything was as described, a comfortable bed and a nice view from the balcony. The place was clean and the kitchen well equipped for some easy cooking. We would recommend and will definitely book this place again.

Checking in was an issue, we had to call the property building manager as the owner of the place didn't give us the instructions after we we arrived at 4:10 pm. He only emailed me after more than half an hour later. Trafic is very bad in Kelowna. Otherwise, the place is nice and quiet. But probably will stay in a hotel next time. nice

Unfortunate Circumstances
Unfortunately, my stay was underwhelming. Not any fault of the property owner, but upon arrival to the property, after a 9 hour drive, my first experience was that the garage/underground parking was broken. What seemed like a pretty easy fix was just left unusable for the 4 days I was there, making it necessary to cross the property to park outdoors. Secondly, I was very excited to use the hottub after the long drive, and knew that it was still open based on seasonality. Upon arrival found out it was closed, along with pool, due to maintenance issues. Thirdly, and again no fault of the owner but contributes to overall experience, my first night found what seemed like a "drum and bass" party happening above or beside me until the early hours of the morning. No idea if there is even someone to complain to. Made it very difficult to sleep that tiring first night. Condo itself had everything necessary, but the circumstances made for a pretty bad experience overall.

Great space but needs some improvement
Great space and location but needs a few things for us to bump up the rating. Bed was saggy and needs to be replaced. For an 8 day stay, not enought dishes as we were out with only 2 people by day 2. Only 2 1/2 rolls of toilet paper. No cleaner to wipe the countertops. Dish soap ran out by day 4. Only 2 garbage bags which is not enough. We had to purchase all these items so could not give it a higher rating due to these deficiencies that shouldhave not been. If these things get adressed it would be a 5 star spot for sure so up to the host to improve this for longer staying guests.

Well appointed apartment
Didn't receive check-in information until morning of arrival (which was quite stressful not knowing if we would be able to get access or find alternate accommodation) and house rules and check-out requirements were not fully explained (so had to try and contact host for further information). Host was overseas and not as easily contactable as other hosts. Apartment was nice and clean. Easy to get to with many amentities around.

Lovely property. Needs some upgrades
Loved the condo. But checkin was so hard. First had to phone for instructions. Then the key fob was on top of door and we couldn’t read the numbers to check in and no instructions about how the dons work and what they access. No instructions for air conditioning. And bathtub is wonderful but needs a safety rail. And lastly the frying pans are old and need replacing. Finally, the mattress is so soft I slept on the couch. These are just minor things but added stress to the stay. But the condo was wonderful and we would defiantly stay there again

Response: 1. “First had to phone for instructions.” I was traveling in Europe during the time of your arrival and I do apologize for the difficulties to connect. 2. “Then the key fob was on top of door and we couldn’t read the numbers to check in and no instructions about how the dons work and what they access.” Our key fobs are kept in a lockbox that is hung on the top of door as this is how our building allows it. We do apologize as it can be difficult to access if shorter. It hangs at 75” from the ground. The fobs instructions are in the suite manual located on kitchen countertop when you arrive. 3. “No instructions for air conditioning.” Thank you for this recommendation, we will be updating our check in manual to include this! There are 2 air conditioning units in the suite. Both with their own remotes. On/off button as well as buttons to adjust fan speed and temperature. 4. “bathtub is wonderful but needs a safety rail.” Thank you for this recommendation. We are planning to do some renovations during off season and will add this to our list. 5. “Lastly the frying pans are old and need replacing.” Thank you for this recommendation. We have replaced now with new pans. 6. “Finally, the mattress is so soft I slept on the couch.” Mattress preferences vary from guests to guests. If we notice more people saying bed is too soft we may think about changing. Thank you for the feedback. I hope the pullout sofa bed was a better fit for you. We do apologize for these added stresses. We hope you were still able to enjoy your time at our suite and we look forward to hosting you again! Thank you for being an amazing and honest guest!

Bookin hiccup, otherwise 5/5.
The panel the building has set up wasn't working, buttons stick and menu kept resetting. We had to tailgate someone through to get the key fob. Once we got in everything was as advertised! Very much enjoyed our stay and we're looking to bring extended family out for a reunion next year. Amenities building and pool/hot tub were both well taken care of, gym had everything we needed too. Steam room and sauna were both nice touches too!

What I liked about this property was that the for a short stay all the necessary items are there (eg. toiletries, utensils, dishes, pots/pans). The property is an apartment located in a resort-type environment. There is access to the hot tub and the swimming pool, and gym. What I did not like about the property was that I was charged extra for a pet deposit even though it was a small cat. I found out about the deposit after I had booked the and made the payment which was not refundable.

Wonderful condo
We loved our stay here and would definitely stay again if given the opportunity! The unit is very close to the underground parking, which was vary convenient. Also the location of the condo unit in the complex is also pretty good, I would say one of the closer buildings to the amenities centre. The pool was closed, which we were guessing it would be, but there were other amenities available which were nice to have as options. We mostly just stayed in the condo though as it felt very comfortable and worked extremely well for our needs. It had a very deep tub lending itself well to nice baths! Also the king size bed was comfortable and I didn’t wake up feeling stiff like I have when traveling/staying at deferent places. The kitchen was nicely stocked with pots, pans dishes etc to make eating in a very viable option! Thank you for allowing us to call your condo home for our vacation!!

Good location to amenities and golf. Nice view from ground floor patio. Price point good for space. Carpet should come out of bedroom, needs more dinnerware and cutlery, a mirror in walk-in closet would be handy. Challenging to get a hold of owner at times. Building quiet for sleep.

Thanksgiving weekend stay
Overall, once we got in to the unit, we had a great stay. I’d say the check in process could be a little smoother. First off when I called to advise we were at the unit, it took 8 calls and two messages to get through that we were there. Then the lock box on the door to get the fobs, is at the top of the door and being 5’4” I had trouble getting the combo to the lock and it stuck and wouldn’t open. So frustrating but we made it in eventually and enjoyed our stay.

Paradise in Kelowna
Our second stay here, just as wonderful as the first. The unit is incredible and the amenities are to die for, it's hard to leave the pool deck! Golf and wineries await you. We messed up the dates and were very late for check out, Garrett was understanding and so kind in allowing us to gather our stuff. Anyone thinking about staying here should, except for the week we do!

We have stayed at this property twice and my title says it all. Amazing views to enjoy along with that glass of wine. Fantastic amenities including a beautiful outdoor pool, in season, huge outdoor hot tubs, pool room, steam rooms and dry saunas. The location in west Kelowna with easy access to the lake and vine yards. The condo itself is excellent, comfortable beds, clean and all of the needed supplies to cook in the suite. There’s an awesome gas grill to top things off. We will definitely be back.

Perfect Long Stay Getaway Spot

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at this property for 8 nights! Check in went smoothly and Garret was quick to respond to any concerns. The swimming pools, gym and other amenities were wonderful, we never felt the need to leave. The king bed was the most comfortable we have stayed in beyond our own. The separate room A/C was a great bonus as well, as were the two TVs. Highly recommend as it was super affordable compared to other vacation rentals in the surrounding area!

Beautiful view fantastic property excellent experience
This was the second time my family stayed at Copper Sky. The view is amazing, the property itself is meticulous. Bed, furniture and the rest of the property were top shelf. The pool, hot tub and steam room are very nice. This is a perfect vacation location from which to enjoy the weekend Okanagan.

Do yourself a favor and look no further. Condo was super clean and had every convenience you could need. Pool,hot tub and gym area was very nice as well as the common rooms and basketball/tennis courts. Wife wanted me to mention the great hairdryer which may be important to some of you. Garret was very accommodating and helpful with any questions. Will stay there for sure next time we are in Kelowna.

Very nice suite with full kitchen and amenities. Good location for my purposes, close to areas I had to go to during my stay. Owner was helpful with any requests I had. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the bed wasn't the most comfortable to my liking. Other than that everything else was great.
