This property is disgusting. The room was filthy. Stains on the sheets, pillows, walls. Blood on the bed. We ended up leaving because of this. We walked in the room, looked around, turned around and left. This is more like a rent by the hour establishment. The front desk person was rude and potentially on some sort of substance. Would not reccomend this place to anyone.

They did not have the room clean and ready for my check in, the first room they assigned me was dirty when I walked in, the person at the front desk then walked with me to another room and that room was also dirty. Finally found a room that was currently being cleaned so I was assigned that room but had to wait for it to be finished. Had to ask for a blanket after getting into the room since none were left, the little dresser in the room had all broken drawers. The door to the room was difficult to open from both sides, and there was an overhead light (right above the bed) that was broken.

It was run down, they advertise free breakfast and coffee 24hours which is not true. The pictures on website is false advertisement. They give you a brown lunch bag with an apple granila bar and some kind of dollar store pastry. The rooms are all falling apart. Will never stay there again definitely not worth $120 a night. Should get my money back for that stay.

The place is right next to highway, so expect the noise. The room is clean enough. Bathroom door was shutting, but it was damaged, and the draw in the furniture did not shut properly either - both of these are cosmetic problem which I did not mind. However, the room was oozing with smell of smoke, even though I booked a non-smoking room. The hallway was littered with trash.

Very rundown. Very suspect cleanliness. Smelled strongly of disinfectant but one of the beds looked like the sheets hadn’t been changed, wrinkled, lots of lint and grit between the sheets. Mold and other crud on sagging ceiling tiles in the shower. 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel for 2 guests. Light by the bed had a short in it and kept flickering so had to turn it off. Draft under the door. Curtains were coming down and wouldn’t close completely. Lots of traffic noise. Seriously considered finding another place to stay. Heater worked and staff were polite

Pretty pleasant
The room was very clean and inviting. The bed was very comfortable. I was disappointed in the size of the tv and bed as it wasn’t what we asked for but we decided to stick with the room anyways. The jetted tub was a plus, we used it every night. I would go back again.

1st we had to call for a blanket. There was trash left in the room. They had no wash cloths, had to use a hand towel. Whole in the bathroom door, look like someone punched the door. The toilet wouldn’t flush properly and ended up stopping up.

There were no towels, cigarettes burns on the mattress, exposed electrical wiring in outlets, bowed ceiling, bed bugs and missing smoke detector.
Look at this outlet, it’s missing a faceplate and exposed wiring!
The room was missing a smoke detector, even with tamper free device!
The ceiling panels are bowed and about to fall!

The entry door had been kicked in so it wouldn't lock security. There was a punch hole in the bathroom door and one wall. Their were cigarette burns on the furniture, floor and curtains. The handle to the refrigerator had been melted off. There were no towels in the room. Ceiling tiles were water stained. The chain should cancel their affiliation.

This was the worst place I have ever stayed in my life. It was incredibly dirty, there were zero towels in the room upon arrival, the door latch was broken, and the property felt very unsafe overall. I will have nightmares about this place.

I checked in to the room about 9:15pm. I put my things down and left the room. I was running late for an event. I returned at 2:30am to find I had no towels. I called the help desk and they told me they don’t have any towels to call back in the morning. I got up at 8am and called the rest again and again was told they don’t have any. I told them I needed to shower I had a wedding to attend in 3 hours. I was told AGAIN they don’t have any towels except small one. I agreed to take the small ones because I needed to shower. They brought me 2 washcloths!!! 2 little wash clothes.. my hair was dripping wet and I Missed the wedding! Finally at 7pm the NEXT day they brought me 2 towels and 1 wash cloth. I asked for a refund and was told to call the manager the next day. I asked for his name , the woman said mark was his name. When I called the next day I was told there was no one there by that name. At this time i gave up . This morning I am leaving, check out is at 11am. They were banging my door down screaming “ housekeeping” at 10am. Funny how when it’s time to go they are on top of things but when you need something you can’t get any assistance. They knew when I checked on that there were no towels. Had they told me that, I would have just went and bought one and wouldn’t have been mad at all but the way they handled things was so unprofessional. I will NEVER stay at another econo lodge again and I will be passing on the word to all My friends and family about my experience.

They have roaches.. as soon as we turn on the light to the bathroom three roaches scattered into the cracks. If you’re going to book here please be sure to ask them about the roach infestation that they have.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Terrible room quality. Bed sheets had holes in them. Only 3 pillows for FOUR people. Terrible never again will I go there.
