“Good hotel in Waterloo”

This hotel is convenient (just off 380) and is clean and comfortable. Good breakfast for families.

“Great quiet clean hotel”

The hotel and the room were very clean. spacious room, comfortable bed and clean sheets and towels. Breakfast was included and was good. Noise level was low. Never used the gym nor the pool or jacuzzi. I was so tired from the meeting at the convention center, all I wanted to do is crash and sleep, there was no noise what so ever ( I am a light sleeper). The shuttle will take to the convention is needed. Staff are very friendly and will help you if needed.

“Super impressed with my stay at the Hampton Inn!”

I was super impressed by my stay at the Hampton Inn. It was clean and nice and so inviting. I could not find one thing wrong!!!! I even asked for a survey when I left and I never do that. I will definitely use them again if I need to return to Waterloo. Thank you... Linda

“Excellent choice - 5 Starts”

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The beds were heavenly! This hotel has the best complimentary breakfast I have ever seen and tasted and they just upgraded their internet (complimentary) to a high speed connection of 35+ Mbps! The lobby of the hotel has a fireplace and in this time of the year is a great perk! And last, but not least, the location is very good, with restaurants and other amenities close by.

“Another good experience”

This is our second stay at this hotel. Overall, it was a good experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the hotel itself was well-maintained and clean, and our room was very comfortable. The breakfast is OK, although it didn't seem as good this time. Something about those egg pucks, maybe? Oh, well, there was always fruit and yogurt. We enjoyed the pool, and having the exercise room was good, even though we never quite got around to it. The hotel's in a good spot for us, close to shopping, easy to get around the Waterloo and Cedar Falls area from there. We'll be back.

“Waterloo Wonderful”

The ONLY downer to this trip was that the jets on the whirlpool were broken. Not that the rest of my family noticed, they were too busy playing keep away in the regular pool with beach balls and other pool toys that were provided. This was a trip to get out of our winter rut, and was well worth the price, which was a great find on Expedia. The breakfast was good, a second (or backup) waffle iron might be a good idea as the line for that particular item was a little long. The bedroom was a little cool but easily fixed with an adjustment to the thermestat, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was so nice and seemed to really want to know if things were to our satisfaction. We will be back here again!
