We are very sorry your stay wasnt satisfactory. We are in the middle of huge changes to better our guests experience, and unfortunately you caught us right in the middle of all those changes and the helicopter coming in to put up our towers for the new high-speed chairlift. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Thank you for your review. Sorry your stay wasn't satisfactory. Had we known of your complaints sooner we would've accommodated you accordingly. All our renovation and construction is taking place to better satisfy our guests, but we will work on making that more clear to our guests and we will adjust our signage more clearly. Sorry there was no one at the front desk at the time of your check-out for you to be able to voice your concerns to, we are looking into having more staff available. We believe at the time you made your reservation on Expedia our internet was down causing the problem between the two programs not syncing. We are looking into why the charge was 5 more. We are sorry for any inconvenience.
