If a simple beach vacation is in order this year, take a look at the Frogman - a vintage home with modern amenities where you can spend your mornings on the beach and your afternoons soaking up the sun on the deck. Recent upgrades (2024) to this charming home include new luxury vinyl plank flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms, new ceiling fans in the bedrooms, new bathroom mirrors, new decor throughout, new couch cushions in the living room, and the backyard has been cleared out completely.

The spacious deck is the perfect spot for a crab feast or a shrimp fest with friends, with ample tables and chairs to help you relax. There's also a shady area under the house where you can escape the summer heat and grill your nightly feast. There are bedrooms on both levels, which is a great setup for two families. Free WiFi and an outdoor shower are provided for your convenience as well.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Disaster
Filthy house. Dishes in cabinets had food in them. Lights would go off and on randomly. Beds were all lumpy. There was a sewage leak that flooded the entire downstairs
