We were on a big road trip and had lots of driving. That made it difficult to know our exact arrival time and also we would mostly arrive late because we had a long stretch of drive in the evening. One of the major reasons we booked Villa Princi was that it clearly stated 24h check-in and 24h front-desk. Sadly this is not true. It’s a B&B after all. The same afternoon we realized we did not get any checkin information. Then it was very hard to reach anyway which caused some stress for us and thoughts of “What if we arrive and nobody is there? We can’t get it? Do we need to sleep in the car”? We eventually reached Francesca and she was very nice. I give her the benefit of the doubt because she was traveling and coming back home the same day as us at midnight. So I am still giving a good review. But I suggest to update the 24h front desk accordingly. Apart from this, the Villa is very nice and we are sad we couldn’t spend more time. Staff (and Francesca) ended up being very nice and helpful. The breakfast was very good. And parking was very easy too. There are enough spots in the driveway.

We are sorry that the guest became stressed thinking that he might have told me in the car. It was his wrong thought also because we exchanged messages throughout the day, which should have reassured, but if the guest got stressed it's not our fault. our task is to ensure that you find a welcoming and clean facility. Which was acknowledged by the guest himself. I feel like giving the two boys some good advice: enjoy your holiday and have a little more confidence

Lovely view
This was a lovely hotel. In a quiet neighbourhood but still within walking distance of train station. The owner offered to pick us up and drop us off but we preferred to walk. The room was large with a beautiful view, comfortable bed and very good bathroom. Everything was clean. There was also a nicely landscaped garden and outdoor seating areas. Breakfast was freshly made and more than sufficient. I would happily return.

Excellent Stay! We were picked up in a Porche. We stayed in the apartment unit on the Villa Princi property. We received a discount with a local restaurant for being a Villa Princi guest. Our family plans to come back and stay again! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!******

Very comfortable and quiet. Our room had the best most comfortable bed we’ve ever had. We were well looked after. Would stay again next time. Our room had a nice sea view and large balcony.

Great B and B still under construction it is brand new bed was really comfortable breakfast could be better great Air conditioner in the room and beautiful view fro the balcony of the sea and sunset.

Zeer prettige ontvangst nadag we vanaf het station en de haven waren komen lopen. De eigenaresse had geprobeerd ons te bellen om ons op te halen van het station. Het is een kwartier lopen, maar met bagage de berg op is wel een uitdaging. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst in een prachtige villa met brandschone kamers. Mooi uitzicht over zee en naar Sicilië.

Villa Princi is a beautyfull old house which has been renovated. Our room was clean and the bed was fine. The host was extremely helpful and picked us up at the harbour late in the evening. She even found a pizzaria where we could get a meal.

Bien sûr cet endroit est somptueux, la vue est magnifique à partir du balcon, le lit et la literie sont impeccables mais la qualité de l'accueil n'a pas été à la hauteur de nos attentes. J'ai besoin d'un frigo pour conserver l'insuline que je dois transporter en déplacement mais ce dernier ne fonctionnait pas.On nous a demandé à quelle heure on voulait prendre le petit déjeuner et une demi-heure après l'heure fixée il n'y avait toujours personne. On a dû partir sans manger... GRRRR! Nous n'avons pas apprécié d'avoir une toilette dans un corridor ni de n'avoir même pas de miroir dans la chambre. En plus, le lieu a été difficile à trouver par le taxi, ce qui en a fait augmenté le prix . Bref, nous ne recommaderions pas cet hébergement à des amis.

nous sommes désolés pour votre expérience. Nous sommes heureux que vous ayez apprécié notre propreté et la beauté de la villa. il faut souligner cependant que les clients ont délibérément réservé une chambre avec salle de bain extérieure (la seule chambre de la structure), le petit déjeuner est servi après 8h00 et malgré cela une table a été laissée avec des biscottes, de la confiture, des gâteaux et une machine pour un bon café. le frigo est dans la chambre, il suffisait juste de l'allumer pour qu'il fonctionne et le taxi qui ne trouvait pas le chemin n'est certainement pas de notre ressort. La villa est située en plein centre du village et à 200 mètres du port

Camera spaziosa, letto e bagno spettacolari, siamo stati davvero bene. A voler proprio trovare un piccolo neo, manca il frigobar, che sarebbe comodo. Dai traghetti dista 5 minuti di auto. Colazione non molto ricca ma sufficiente

Ottima struttura, anche se ci aspettavamo, essendo classificato come bed and breakfast, che ci fosse colazione a buffet e non al tavolo. Ottima struttura anche se con parti in ristrutturazione al momento del soggiorno

Abbiamo trascorso una notte in attesa dell'imbarco per la Sicilia: posizione strategica a 1 minuto dal terminal traghetti. Villa molto bella, simile nell'aspetto a una dimora coloniale. Bagno enorme con vasca per 2 persone. Aria condizionata efficace e nuova. La proprietaria sig.ra Francesca molto cortese e disponibile ci ha dato le giuste indicazioni per "traghettare" senza alcun intoppo. Solo saremmo dovuti restare almeno una notte in più per visitare meglio Reggio Calabria che ci ha stupiti in positivo. Posto consigliatissimo!

Meravigliosa Villa Princi
Très belle villa au calme à Villa San Giovani face à la Sicile. L'endroit est merveilleux et très calme. La villa est toute fraîchement livrée et le lieu est tout neuf. Nous avons eu une grande chambre spacieuse avec vue sur le détroit de Messine (vue sur mer) et la salle de bain était magnifique. La maîtresse de maison est aux petits soins pour nous conseiller. Belle expérience dans sa globalité à renouveler très vite j'espère

Arrêt bienvenu avant d'embarquer
L'établissement était encore en travaux mais présentait déjà tout le confort : chambre spacieuse et confortable, salle de bain privative immense avec douche balnéothérapie et baignoire jacuzzi. Les hôtes étaient sympathiques et le petit déjeuner très bien.
