“world-class hotel”
Great hotel, charming and with a lot of character. The location is ideal to visit the historical centre of Vienna as it is a step away from the Opera State Theatre, the Albertina, the Hofsburg palace. Not to mention the delicious Sacher Torte!
“Vienne inoubliable hotel Sacher ++++++++++++++++++”
“Royal luxury. Carmen from Pennsylvania recommends this hotel.”
My husband and I stayed at the Sacher hotel for the New Year celebration to attend the Kaiser Ball. It was a fabulous experience. Dinner at the Anna Sacher restaurant was first class. We felt like royalty, greeted and hosted by the very classy and fabulous owner of the hotel Elizabeth Gurtler The hotel exudes an atmosphere of luxury that makes you feel comfortably relaxed. The staff is excellent with a friendly professionalism that contribute to the relax and private atmosphere. The spa is the very best and is available to guests as well as the business room with internet access. This iconic hotel is rich with history and is in an excellent location where you feel all the splendor of the beautiful city of Vienna. We are looking forward to our next stay at the Sacher hotel in Vienna.
“Great Hotel if you can afford it!”
The Sacher Hotel is extremely well located in the center of Vienna. It has an old world flavour that makes it very charming. The service quality is very high and the breakfasts are fit for an emperor! I would definitely stay again when in Vienna.
“Awesome”
Superb customer service - helpful and polite staff overall. Much better than the boutique hotels in the US. Wonderful, though pricey brunch (includes array of their desserts plus the infamous sacher torte). Surprise bonus -- very close to the Karlsplatz metro, which took us everywhere. Didn't realize how strategic the hotel location until arrival. Definitely would stay here again. Only downside, wireless internet charged by the hour.
“Great Hotel with Excellent Service”
Conviniently located with very professional staff. We were upgraded to junior suite on our first stay there, which was a nice touch.
“excellent”
Great service!
“Un vrai palace, meilleur hôtel de Vienne”
En un mot, tout est parfait.
“Top Notch”
The hotel is elegant, old world luxury, perfectly located within working distance of everything. The opera house is across the street. Service was superb and I would highly recommend the hotel.
“Best location in Vienna!”
I took my elderly Mother and the quiet twin room I requested was great. The staff were very helpful and they put themselves out to help. We went in December and the decorations in hotel and Vienna weree fantastic. The only problem was that I wasn't warned in advance that you have to book for the restaurants which was very irritating as we couldn't get in. Worth booking before you go and definitely looked excellent and full of atmosphere, No tea or coffe in the rooms but excellent beautiful lounge served tea and coffee and pastries to die for. You must go!
