My wife and I very much enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and the more than courteous and helpful staff. The downtown location allowed us to see and do many of the interesting sites and activities that were all within walking distance or a short drive from the hotel.

“Great deal in the off season!”

We stayed for two nights at the end of March, and for the price at the time it was excellent value. The Marriott is one of the newest hotels in downtown Victoria with two car rental agencies right out the front door, and a bicycle, scooter, motorcycle rental around the corner. The extra $12/day for parking burned me a bit, but I guess that's the cost of doing business in the big city.

“Very Nice!”

I was greeted warmly and check-in was fast and easy. Upon my request the front desk person proceeded to offer advice on places to visit. The hotel is new and perfectly situated in Victoria. I would definately stay there again.

“Meets Marriott's High Standards”

Really enjoyed the hotel. Super clean, good beds, excellent service, good size room. Even could see the Parliament Building from our balcony. Great location - quiet but close to everything - 1 1/2 blocks from Harbour, museum and shopping.

This is a very nice hotel. The room was very comfortable and clean. The hotel staff is very friendly and the food was great (Fire & Water Grill inside hotel).
