Great location
Great location for out of town guest and his young family. They were very impressed with the suite. Had everything they needed.

The sheets on the bed were really old and unclean and gave me contact dermatitis. Had to use my own sheets. Overall the entire unit seemed like it hadn't been cleaned beyond a cursory vacuum in a long time. Dust everywhere and old musty smell that wasn't present elsewhere in the building.

I like: The location in downtown, easy to get around. The building was very secure. I did not like: The carpets were disgusting and badly need replacement; stains everywhere. My unit was a low unit and the road noise was horrible all night.

When travelling it is always a plus to be able to have a entry suite to yourself & the guests that you are traveling with. A home away from home, you could say. Mostly like to mention how pleasent & kind all the people that work with VRV were during our stay they did everything they could to make our stay go as comfortable & smooth as possiable, thanks again VRV, see you soon !

Our room was nice and spacious and clean. The elevator situation is a nightmare and the access to come up by stairs is locked. The check in and out was terrible and involved many many texts, emails and phone calls. That was stressful. The property was nice and the woman on the phone was kind and helpful but everything was much more complicated than necessary. There was also no plug for the bath.

Bedroom TV was not working and also the master bedroom mattress was uncomfortable. The entry system (fob) to the parkade was difficult to make it work. The remaining of the unit was nice and in a good location and also very clean.

Great looking condo and location. Loved the corner windows, modern kitchen and comfy beds and building security including parking security. Although we didnt use the rooftop we did check it out. What a view. Overall very impressed Would suggest adding the following: more glasses, additional frying pan, spatula, coasters and kleenex

The apartment was nice and in a good location however there was never a booking confirmation given. The other major concern is that the "instructions" for getting into the building for the non contact option didnt work. They said to use a certain buzzer number, well no one answered that, after multiple times of trying i attempted to call the number that was at the bottom of the instructio

The Ac was not working nor one of the kitchen outlets. Emailed property but did not respond. Received a call the next day asking if we could change from parking spot 29 to 70 which was in the very bottom of parkade. Felt like my vehicle wasn’t good enough for parking were I was! But at least the ac and the outlet were turned back on. Good location

A beautiful, clean and well maintained property located very near to anything one needs. The check-in instructions were unnecessarily wordy which makes them confusing, but other than that it was really a marvelous stay.

The suite was lovely, although the mattress on the bed was extremely uncomfortable. We had to phone multiple times the day prior to arriving to get instructions on how to enter the building. The location was very central and within good walking distance of resturants, shops, attractions etc. The only problem was that it appeared to be an area where druggies and homeless people gathered so could feel a little unsafe when wandering out in the morning. Not sure I would stay there again.

Was lovely and clean. Needed coffee filters. It was quite hot with sun coming thru windows - some darkening curtains would help. It is a heat wave though which is abnormal. I had to call a few timesto get correct information to access condo. Other than that we had a great stay. :)

The condo was nice, and the location was close to everything. The bed was EXTREMELY uncomfortable, same deal with the very flat very old pillows. The toilet in the bathroom did not function either, would take a very long time to fill back up after it flushed (like 10-15 min), which is not ideal for a family of 4 sharing one bathroom.

For this holiday the place was perfect. We went out every day to explore and came home to a city apartment. Many things were within the asking distance. And, it was nice to have a parking garage as well. Very nice.
