The staff was outstanding. This was our third visit and we were a bit high maintenance with some requests and they were very patient and accommodating. We had a suite which was perfect for two people with different needs.

The room was really neat and tidy, the view was excellent 😍. Room was very spacious, lots of closets We got to experience the Vista 18 at dinner and breakfast.View was superb ! Housekeeping service was fast but no slippers available 🙁. Parking very accessible. Rate this review 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We recently stayed at this hotel for one night during the week and would stay here again on our next trip to Victoria. The hotel is nicely situated within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants. The room was nicely sized and very clean. We found the staff very friendly and approachable. They allowed us to check in early and the $20 parking fee per night was reasonable.

We are there for Victoria Day and the parade was just 2 mins away from where the event was. Lots of things to do around the area. Close to everything.

Beds are very comfortable. Quiet with the windows and balcony door closed. Staff was kind, courteous and accommodating. It was nice to be able to talk to the gentleman that created the Lego replica of the hotel and he talked to the kids about different aspects of it and show them which room we were staying in. the only thing was the hot tub was a little too hot, but it was still nice and relaxing. We will definitely be back

Lovely suite of rooms, with excellent kitchen and WiFi appreciated. Unexpected stay, but would have liked to use the rooftop bar, and also 2nd floor hot tub and swimming pool!

The front desk staff were welcoming and very helpful. The location is convenient and within walking distance to the harbor, museums and restaurants. The Happy Hour team were a delight and the views can’t be beat. This was an excellent Hotel experience !

The hotel was nice and the staff was friendly. I would stay here again. However, the sofa in our room was supposed to be a pull out couch, but it was not, this did cause some issues for sleeping space.

Staff we saw were all friendly and showed they care. We had a few minor concerns with housekeeping that we forgot to flag to the hotel, but generally the hotel was nice and clean. The age shows, but the comfort and convenience outweighed these cons.

The location was great. I was able to walk to almost everywhere I needed. The staff were firendly and were a big help. The hotel had two restaurants onsite and a room service option.

Location location location. Able to walk all around Victoria from our hotel. Great service, friendly courteous staff. Laundry facility is available, coffee, fridge, microwave in room. Comfortable beds and pillows. Only draw would be portable A/c which did not cool.off the room much. Courtesy shuttle to the downtown
