“Nice New Hotel”

This appears to be a brand new hotel. It is very clean and has all the amenities you need. Very friendly and helpful hotel staff. Will stay here again when I visit Victoria.

“Great customer service”

The person at the desk was very helpful. They have free dvd's that you can check out and watch in your room. We checked one out then couldn't figure out how to get it to work. We called the desk and he came up within 5 minutes and got it working for us.

I decided to stay at Candlewood even though it's a bit high on price. When I got there, I was really shocked at how nice it looked. I thought it was a brand new hotel but apparently it's been there for a few years. The staff was always courteous and very prompt. I liked that they smiled every time I saw them. The room was amazing. I realized when I opened my door why the cost was a little high. The bed was comfy, bathroom was clean and roomy. I loved the kitchenette area with a full size fridge. If I had to stay here for the week, I wouldn't have any problems because it would save me money just buying groceries instead of eating out the entire time. My friends came to visit me in the room and they were amazed. Even though my four-legged friends can't travel with me, it's nice to see a hotel that allows pets and still manages to keep the place really tidy. Great place and I would definitely stay there again.

nice arrangement in the room....the cupboard store was nice...loved the popcorn in the micro as a welcome....nice pool and exercise room. Good location...and friendly staff!
