“Nice place to stay!”

very nice hotel. Only 19 rooms. Beds a little hard, but I am finding that everywhere in Europe. Very attentive staff. Nice view of Venice and away from all the hustle. Relaxing outside courtyard for drinks, food or to bask in the sun and enjoy the view. Very reasonable meals down the main street. Short walk to catch the ferry to Venice and not having to drag your suitcase all over Venice to find ýour hotel. Good for families, couples. We had a suite and it was enough room for 4.

“Beautiful waterfront hotel on Lido”

My husband and I enjoyed waking up in our lagoon-facing suite and having breakfast as we looked across the water to Venice. The hotel is very conveniently located to a Bancomat and 2 local grocery stores which are well-stocked, as well as other eateries. The TV gets some English-language channels. Our hotel suite was beautifully decorated and comfortably appointed, and the water taxi/vaporetto is next door. One downside is there's no available computer at the hotel for Internet service, but there's an Internet cafe in the neighborhood. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service to Murano to tour the Murano glass factory. I recommend going, but be advised, you'll have a personal escort the whole time you're there, but don't get stuck in the Murano factory. Once you've been shown out the door, wander the island. There's several other glass factories selling similar beautiful wares. I would definitely stay at Villa Laguna again if I ever get back to Venice. Enjoy!

“A superb winner for Venice vacations!”

A family of four (children 7 and 9) had an extraordinary good experience four days at this hotel. The view the bay to St Mark is splendid. Sitting in the hotel garden with a refreshment, watching the many boats come and go is good entertainment in itself, as is the short ride across the bay to the sights. The hotel restaurant is a winner, both the service, location, the wine selection and the food is very good - and a very good value for the money. Breakfast was also very good and varied. Our suite was spacious for the four of us, and everything was in shining order. The staff was excellent. We will advice anybody who wants a good Venice holiday to do it like this - a fantastic hotel in a great location, away from the masses and noise and heat, but still cloe enough to enjoy it all within a few minutes. We had a very good time, and will change future travel plans so that we can come back soon!

“hotel excellent au Lido”

L'hôtel, situé à 15' de vaporetto de la place St Marc ,est d'un excellent confort, et ses chambres côté lagune ont une très belle vue sur Venise. Celles côté rue doivent être plus bruyantes. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas extraordinaire mais reste convenable. Le rapport qualité prix est tout à fait satisfaisant.Personnel stylé et affable.

“INCREDIBLE!! Beautiful room and wonderful staff”

Although Lido is a little farther away, I found it worth the ferry trip. The staff at Villa Laguna were incredibly nice, spoke English very well and were so helpful. The room was actually a suite and was much larger than the 4 other hotels we stayed at while in Italy. Would definitely recommend and return.

“Great food and location”

This was our first visit to Venice. I strongly recommend to stay in Lido and at this particular hotel. The hotel is 2- minutes walk to buplic transportation. the food is very good. The service is very good. People are nice and friendly. We were travelling with two kids (9 and 3) and we really enjoyed this hotel

superbe hotel idealement situé pres de la station vaporetto du Lido - chambre et salon-canapé séparé - vue superbe sur la la lagune et avec au loin les campaniles de venise et St Marc - le petit dejeuner buffet se prend dans ce cadre idillique et les chambres les plus cheres certainement doivent aussi donner sur cette lagune - celles coté rue sont un peu bruyantes soir et matin

My husband and I absolutely adored our stay at the Villa Laguna. The rooms were lovely. The staff was friendly and helpful. Minutes to venice via water taxi. You cannot beat the views.

“More than we hoped for”

Hands down, one of the most clean hotels I've ever been to. We travel often and found this hotel to be as lovely as some of the hotels we've paid much more for. The views of the sunset were, as promised, spectacular. Very friendly staff. The proximity to the public transportation was also a bonus. We plan on staying there again next summer on a stop over on our way to Croatia!
