I will never put my foot there anymore. The room was so disgusting, I thought someone had die there . dirty carpet , dirty curtains, dirty sheets, they changed us of room but I was wonder why they give us this dirty room at the first place . Stay for 3 days because I already booked and payed and cannot be reimbursed. The front of the hotel isn’t secure for the traffic there isn't light at the front of the hotel and just two steps away is highway and the fast road . To finish, I’ve mentioned not to come in my room to clean with this cardboard, and someone came anyways and left something that wasn’t even for us , a men care products. I had to go to the front desk and complain 3 times. Supper start at 7 PM , didn’t eat there but I found out is late . Not recommended

Handy business hotel
Nice hotel, well positioned for my work. Only short overnight stay but staff friendly and helpful. Nice Affligem on draft at the bar and really pleased to see them promoting local craft beer as well.

The hottest hotel room, but not in a good way
I was not going to leave a review; I contacted the hotel directly. But as they have not replied to me...here goes. The hotel was mostly fine. We ate dinner there and the food was pretty good. Breakfast was also good. There was a pod coffee machine in the room. So far so good. But the room was unbearably hot. The hottest hotel room I have ever stayed in. The room opened onto the main road so I could not leave the window open all night. The a/c in the room did not work. At all. The bathroom heated towel rail was on full which I turned off. A colleague also had the same issue, so this was not an isolated room issue. It was such an uncomfortable night I cannot recommend this hotel. The staff were sympathetic, but I am sure by their reaction that this was not the first time that they had heard this complaint.

Excellent breakfast buffet. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful in arranging taxi and other services. Would have been helpful to have currency exchange service.

I booked my room a month in advance, they did not have a room for me and had to "find" one. The air conditioning did not work, first person who came into the room said it was working. The second person who came in said the control box was broken and replaced it. The ac was not very good. They do not have fans. The day I was checking out, there was not hot water. When I addressed the front desk about my experience, he didn't seem to care. I asked for the last night to be reimbursed, did not happen.

Enjoy your worst hotel
Bad behavior from the team. Some say one service is available, the other one day the opposite. When you ask for information they don’t have they say they will call you back but they doesn’t. Worst hotel ever.

Not the best for tourists
The hotel is fine with pleasant front desk staff and clean rooms. The location is good if you are doing business with one of the firms in the adjacent business park. Not recommended for tourists travelers as any cost savings by staying at this hotel quickly diminish as you pay for travel via Uber or taxi to the city.

Stayed at the Best Western while on Business Trip. The rooms are in a reasonable size and equipped with cattle and fridge . The breakfast is very limited and so is the Menu. Location is only for business purposes.

A sleepless night!
Definitely not a 4 star hotel that it claims. Air conditioners not switched based on instruction by management. Rooms are small and bo ventilation unless windows are opened. But being just beside the motorway, the constant noise will ensure a sleepless night. Better to avoid as there are much better options in Velizy in much better locations. Btw, I have never seen a 4 star hotel without a restaurant!

Great room, friendly staff
Great room and very friendly staff. We stayed in the area while visiting Versailles and were very happy with our room. Not much going on in the area for tourists - the surrounding neighborhood is mostly office buildings - but the hotel is close to a tram stop which will get you to the metro. If you want to visit the tourist attractions downtown Paris you probably want to stay somewhere closer to the city.

This hotel is very nice and clean. Breakfast was included in room price and was delicious. Did not enjoy dinner at hotel as much although convenient. We were told to park on the street and had no difficulty. Was convenient to visit Versailles. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Comfortable hotel for a business trip
Hotel was comfortable and clean. Perfect for a business trip. Staff were pleasant. Food ok. Not far from an amazing huge shopping centre, but it is quite a way outside of Paris

We found the hotel room to be quite small and compact. Water from the shower leaked onto the floor, and had to be soaked up with towels. No UK sockets available. Staff were friendly. Hotel was clean.

Good and affordable hotel let down by poor heating
The room was very cold with heater not really working properly. There was only 1 towel in the room and we had to wait forever for the towel. Otherwise hotel has large room, good price and convenient car park close to the highway.

Arrived at 23:00 to find no food available, not even room service. There were also no pizza deliveries etc available after 23:00 so no food until breakfast. Otherwise, nice hotel.

Lovely staff but don't bother with room service
I have given this hotel a 5 because it really was lovely. The staff were very nice and the place itself was spotless. The room was very comfortable. The only downside was when I ordered room service. I ordered a chicken risotto, and whilst I am aware the main ingredients are chicken and rice, that's basically all it was - a bowl of white rice with a few bits of chicken. It had no taste whatsoever and I did not eat it. I mentioned it upon check out and showed a photo of it to the receptionist, who still charged it to my bill. I received an e-mail with an apology and an offer of a free room service next time I stay.
