I received a text message that some facilities and services would be unavailable so I asked what exactly and I was told everything is available but once I was there, their well known five sails cafe was closed for a private event that I was unaware of and not even told about when I checked in. None of the other restaurant knew about it either. I went there to eat there at check and had no other choice but to order room service so I ordered some fruits while I look for a place and I was charged $30 for a fruit plate

Bathroom large but si nk did not hold water. Hair from prior guest in bath tub stopper. Ice machine did not work. When fixred ice tinged with rust or per haps with oil used to unclog it. Beautifil view. Bath robes a plus. Walk to cruise ship.

The hotel was right next to the cruise port. Pan Pacific offered luggage transport to the cruise ship for a gratuity, we were surprised to be upgraded to a beautiful suite: dining table six chairs, huge bathroom with large jetted tub, rain shower and separate area with toilet and bidet. There was also a half bath, sitting area and office space

I love the location as it was right where our cruise terminal was beside it and the dining options were good as well. Also we could book excursions at the hotel and put up was outside the door.

Very nice property. Close to all attractions. Sky train 1 block away travels directly to the Vancouver Airport. Housekeeping does an excellent job of keeping the rooms very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Views are spectacular! After a very long day of traveling, we were greeted with stellar service from staff. The room was very very clean. The bed was so comfortable with premium bedding. We stayed the night before our cruise.
