Excellent cruise port hotel.Posted 17-Oct-2014
Pros: Close to all amenities in down town Vancouver. Also to tour operators to visit surrounding area attractions.
Cons: Cannot thing of anything that needs improvement.
Stay two nights before the cruise in down town Vancouver. First impression was great, we arrived early and wondered about our luggages. The Bell service took them and held it until our room was ready, then delivered it to the room. On check out day, they came, picked up the luggages from our room and it was delivered to our cabin on board our cruise ship. Hotel staff from check in to room personnel were great. Definitely will stay there again.

good, not greatPosted 16-Oct-2014
Beautiful hotel and location, but expect to pay $40 per day parking, $80 for high speed internet access. There are better and newer hotels close by.

Really nice and worth getting th harbor view room.Posted 16-Oct-2014
Cons: ?? Would have liked the restaurant to serve breakfast later than 11:30.
Location: Tons!, Walks, restaurants, lots!
Celebrating my daughters 16th birthday with a Daughter and Dad rock concert, Twenty-One Pilots, and overnight at the Pan Pacific. I opted for the harbor view room and it was worth the extra $30, amazing views! The seaplanes take off quite early on that side of the building so if you want a really quiet morning cause they start to fly early am ask for the East Side of the building. All in all a great stay, very nice room.

Good for people who want their money's worthPosted 14-Oct-2014
Location: Maybe free wifi, otherwise nothing at all!
My family had a deal that if we stayed at this hotel we would get complimentary wifi, and let me say that this was a good deal! The view was great, the hotelier staff were helpful, the room was amazing. And the best part? The food hall downstairs had good deals on food!

Awesome facility, great views. Great location.Posted 11-Oct-2014
Location: Close to restaurants and in the heart of the waterfront area.
Great overall experience. Awesome view of waterfront, passing ships, marinas, float planes taking off and landing. Easy access to everything you may want.

Centre of activity and wonderful viewsPosted 10-Oct-2014
Pros: Harbour view room with wonderful views, both day and night. Centrally located and friendly staff.
We spent six days in Vancouver and loved every minute. Our stay at the Pan Pacific worked out so well. It is located on the harbour, so views are fantastic, and in the centre of all the "goings on". Ticket sellers for tours (and more) right outside the front door, plenty of restaurant choices, within easy walking to Gastown and Harbour Air, the seawall offers miles of walking/jogging enjoyment and the air is "one of a kind" amazing.

Iconic Vancouver Hotel, Picture PerfectPosted 5-Oct-2014
Pros: Location, views and comfort.
Cons: Nothing, it was all perfect.
Location: Everything is within easy walk. My favs Yaletown and English Bay areas...English Bay has stunning views, dining, and is charming.
Great room upgrade as a result of being an Expedia loyalty member. Beautifully set on the harbor, with picture perfect views of this beautiful city. All facilities, including the lobby bar and restaurant, have the views, which is great. Room very specious, comfortable and well appointed, couldn't really ask for anything more!

Nice but dated. Needs renovationPosted 2-Oct-2014
The pan pacific is in a good location right next to the 5 sails in coal harbour. Whilst services and staff are good. The room we stayed in was clearly dated and bathroom was not up to the standard of modern 4 start hotels. For the price you pay, I would rather stay in a newer hotel.
