“Weekend stay in Vancouver ......”

Very pleased with the Pan Pacific, loved the location, everything we needed was within walking distance. Exceptional shopping and cafes. Saturday night Italian buffet highly recommended.

The Pan Pacific is 5-star, world-class. It is the most wonderful hotel we've ever stayed in! It is a city within a city. We merely walked downstairs to get on the ship. THEY DO IT RIGHT!!!!!

“Awesome night”

It was a fantastic night for us. It was our 40th anniversary, the hotel upgraded us to a beautiful harbor-view suite. Nicest room we have ever had, with the best view. The slice of chocolate cake was a nice touch too.

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed this hotel. We ended up with a corner room on the 18th floor so we had a city view and views of the water and the North Shore mountains. The bed and the pillows were extremely comfy, which to me is very important! It is walking distance to Gastown and we didn't walk to to the heart of downtown but I'm guessing that would be about a 25 min walk. If you are visting from out of town (as my boyfriend was), it is a great hotel to get a real taste of Vancouver---amazing views and great location. Highly recommend this hotel!!

“Pacific pleasure.”

All that we had asked Expedia to get for us were: top floor in the new re constructed area, quiet, view of the cove, mountains, king size bed - ALL WERE FULLFILLED. Suggest a meal at the five sails just when I thought that fine dining was on its way out here comes a civilized wondeful 5 course meal that was really classy. Knowledgeable waiters, warm rolls great wine list. No bothering while my wife laughed and enjoyed our repas. The lobby breakfast lounge restaurant has breadth taking views. A full caraff of coffee was freash and available. We used both a la carte and buffet when we invited old friends to visit us as guests and all were highly satisfactory with the service and quality of food. We were booked in with little formality and efficiently. There was a willingness to give information as to where to go to find little items such a s flower shops. Great experience for those older couples that wish a little time away in luxury.

“Exceptional Service after all these years”

We returned to the Pan Pacific after having not been to Vancouver for a number of years and were a bit apprehenive that the hotel might have changed or become a bit dated. It couldnt be farther from the truth. The rooms were clean(not as spacious as a suite but plenty big enough for 2) and te staff were as accomodating and courteous as ever. The views of the inner harbour are still exceptional and the location is hard to beet. If there was one slight disappointment it would be that the fitness faciity has been downsized- still is OK for a hotel ut very compact. We will definitely be returning

great location. beautiful hotel. the towels were a bit smelly though from 'dampness' we assume, not clean smelling at all. but otherwise great hotel.

Very nice hotel to stay at. Staff is always pleasant, rooms are comfortable and elegant, room service has amazing food. Great downtown location, we stay at Panpacific every time we are in Vancouver.

The Hotel was excellent. My wife and I were impressed with the Hotel it's staff and the breath taking view of the harbour and Rockies from our room. I have already told people how impressed we were with our hotel and recommended they stay at the Pan Pacific if they ever go to Vancouver.
