The location is not that good. Inside the Days Inn, the common areas and hotel room were kept at excellent condition.

It's a Days Inn. You know what you're getting. You're booking this place because it's close to the airport and has a shuttle, not for luxury. The shuttle was quick and handy. The staff were kind. The room was clean-ish but in a pretty poor state of disrepair. Plug-ins are worn and loose, and we couldn't find a single one that would keep a phone charger in place. Of greater concern, though, was the shower. The base was completely concaved, and there was nowhere flat to stand on. That, combined with worn out grips on the floor, made the shower dangerously slippery, even for younger travellers. Seriously, I had to shower with my foot propped up on the side of the tub for balance. I obviously don't know if all the rooms have this problem, but I'd consider it a pretty severe safety risk for senior travellers or anyone with balance issues. Or just anyone at all, really.

Spent for a night with family, late check in and early departure. Staff at check in was very helpful and detailed. Really nice to have the early morning shuttle to the airport. Gave me connecting rooms as requested. There was fresh fruit at breakfast, which was nice, It was quiet for the night. Don't know if it's lighting, but carpet felt old. Other than that, I didn't use much and can't comment much.

I booked 2 rooms, I room had a large blood stains on the bedsheets. We were shocked, terrified and not to mention disgusted. I don't understand how a large blood stains on the bedsheets was not seen by the house keeping staff and the supervisors. After talking to the staff they changed the room for us. I have never experienced an incident where a hotel room had a huge blood stains on bedsheets,, totally unacceptable and unsatisfactory. I would like to have my compliant investigating so other guests do not have the same experience. The staffs in this location were negligent and careless. We were honestly traumatized by this experience not knowing where the blood stains were from ie body parts or a crime incident. Please advise.

facilities are good In the morning.waiting for the shuttle, a guy approached. engaged in conversation, where are you going etc.what do you do for work? okay....he was crushing cigarettes..staring at my suitcase like it contained gold bars..( it didnt ) another couple arrived same scenario... this hotel needs outdoor security for its clients

I recently stayed for an early flight the next day. Checkin was quick. We were leaving our vehicle for 4 days and the locked compound was a nice touch. Shuttle was in time and very convenient. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. I am picky with my pillow and was not disappointed.

Best value in the area for function at the River Rock. Did not stay at the River Rock as their parking is all under the height of our vehicle so found something 1/2 the price with parking for a higher truck. It's also less than a 5 min walk to the Skytrain which makes everything easy to get to. I will say the shampoo dispensers are in the strangest place in the shower. Just a bad place to mount them. The sheet on the bed had make-up stains which I know don't always come out in the wash but I could tell the sheets were clean, just stained. There were marks on the counter from previous damage but again for the value for price it was fine. That being said the lady at the front desk was amazingly helpful, no complaints there at all. Top marks for staff.

It was a pretty nice location and convenient. Room was clean and had all amenities needed for our staying, including nice breakfast. Staff were very nice and polite and service was excellent. We will definitely come back here ! :)
