Stopped on the way back to Houston from Phoenix. Booked online and then was told by the man at the front desk that apparently there is no availability for the floor plan I had reserved. He put me in a standard room even though I paid EXTRA for a suite and then told me that I couldn’t receive the difference in price due to booking it online. False advertising and scamming at its finest.
