It feels like a care home in the shared lounge. The rooms are tiny, barely room to move. Staff all lovely & friendly, breakfast was nice.

We loved the location, the staff were friendly and helpful. Great choice of continental and cooked breakfast. The rooms were small but functional. The only thing we could fault was no heating in shower room or any means of drying towels. Adding a heated towel rail would make all the difference.

This B&B was a very comfortable, clean, welcoming and great breakfast. The rooms are compact and the en-suites were very very snug.

On arrival was welcomed with a wee drink and homemade shortbread. A very nice touch!! Rooms were tastefully decorated and immaculate. Staff were very helpful. Views from the lounge/dining area across Loch Broom were amazing.

Excellent hosts greeted us with a tot of whisky and information on the area. Room was compact but modern and clean, ideal for us. Easy walk into Ullapool centre.Excellent freshly cooked breakfast, great black pudding!

Nice hotel B&B
Lovely welcome from our hosts with a spot of Whisky & Cherry. Rooms was clean, comfortable and enough storage space for us. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful. We would happily stay again.

Outstanding, wonderful stay. Welcome - drinks and shortbread, Room - Clean, small Double but size was fine, efficiently designed small shower room but all we needed. Great views from room, dining area and lounge. I liked that they were encouraging about bringing takeaway food back and sitting in lounge / outside so didn’t have to feel sneaking things in (we had great wood fired pizza from town - would recommend and sat on terrace to eat it). Staff - outstandingly polite, friendly and efficient especially on arrival. Breakfast - good choice, promptly served.

Wonderful!
Our stay was 10/10. Check in was easy, very friendly & fast. Great free on site parking. The room was perfect and just what we needed after a few nights camping. Bed was super comfortable and loved the extra pillows. TV was a good size, shower was nice and hot and we slept like babies. Breakfast was included which was amazing. I’m vegan and they were very attentive & had alternatives for me. Breakfast was delicious, staff were super friendly. We couldn’t fault it. I seen a lot of people put that the rooms were small and I was a bit sceptical, but I’m not sure what folk are expecting , if your are in Ullapool are you really spending that much time in your room? It’s a perfect size room to rest up, relax & get a great nights sleep. Thank you for our lovely stay. We hope to be back on our next holiday.

The rooms are small, which we were warned about in advance, but this is compensated for by a very nice residents lounge. Very good breakfast, with proper coffee! My ferry (from Stornaway) was late in arriving, but the manager was very understanding, and welcoming when I finally arrived. Warmly recommended! And would definitely stay here again.
