First night we gave the front desk the credit card for the security deposit, they never give it back, after we told them once we found out we didn’t got the card back they pull security camaras and everything trying to convince us that they give it back to us, but it was unclear the image and what the guy actually gave to my husband was the room key, we dont know what actually happened with the card but it was never returned to us. We just cancel the card and requested a new one but it was an unpleasant experience since they make us feel like we were laying when they told us with the image on the camera that they guy was giving my husband the credit card and he wasn’t, it was the room key.

That it was surrounded by a lot of restaurant's & close to the beach. It has a great view of the lagoon & it’s peaceful. The room of the hotel was amazing with different options of things to drink. Will be booking with them again.
