The apartment was very clean and well maintained. The front desk is located on the second floor and you will need to buzz in and either take the steps or the lift. Close to the train and bus station and a short walk to downtown. Would definitely stay here again.

A brand new hotel behind a beautiful, old facade
Have rarely stayed at such a clean and neat hotel. The room was very spacious furnished with modern furniture and it had a brand-new bathroom Besides, the front of the building had been repainting in a beautiful yellow.

Near train and buses
Location convenient to train and bus station. Also main attractions by walking or taking the buses. Only neighborhood has some abandoned buildings and you see migrants around. Otherwise all the basic and cleanness is met. Staff friendly.

Hotel is in an apartment building on the 2nd floor with a lift. It's clean and lcoated within walking distance to all amenities. The walls were quite thin and you could hear people talking quite clearly outside the room as well as people coming and going which was a bit frustrating while trying to sleep. The facility is also quite strict on check out time.

Convenient to train station but weak Wifi
This hotel is located close to the train station. WiFi was very weak in our room. Hosts were friendly and helpful. The building is not located in a tourist area is a little dark at the inner entry.

Front desk people friendly, helpful, but in general went home about 5 pm. Well located, about 0.6 km from train/bus station and in walking distance of most of central Trieste. Priced OK given limited facilities.

Cold showers in winter
Cold showers in winter. Not fun! After waiting for a long time for hot water I gave up. Apparently there is a problem with the boiler, which cannot cope with many guests using the showers at the same time. Totally unacceptable.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt
Sehr neue, schöne, saubere und geräumige Unterkunft. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Wir hatten etwas Glück und haben einen freien Parkplatz in der bergigen Umgebung gefunden, aber es gibt auch einige Parkhäuser in der Nähe. Wir haben auch gut geschlafen. Ca. fünf Minuten zu Fuß zum Canal Grande. Wir würden wiederkommen

The very first time, we happened to choose an accomodation, where there was no 24 hour service. The location was OK, but the rest was not. My wife is Italian on Father's side, so there was no language barrier. The heating was running by an air conditioner. We were trying to do our best to make it properly operate, but even after hours of trying, it did not make the room warmer. Then, we took the phone number from the reception and called the person in charge, Giulia. She was giving us instructions on the phone, but we did not go any further. Since it was Saturday, nobody was available to fix it. So we had to wait till morning for someone to come. This is winter, even in Trieste, so room temperature was not acceptable. As Giulia was saying, the house was fully booked, so she could not provide another room. All in all, nobody was managing our problem. Guest satisfaction is above all in any business. Then, due to my wife's native skills, we were booking another hotel, which doubled our expenses, yet it was worth every penny. There was proper heating, 24 hour reception service, kindness and way above average service in every aspect. Dott.ssa Nora V.

Dear guests, we thank you for taking the time to leave a review, however we are sorry to see such a low score and we would like to clarify some aspects:we are very sorry for the inconvenience of the heating, we tried to help you solve the problem but unfortunately there was probably a technical fault and we did not have another room to offer you because the rooms were all occupied. In fact, the staff offered to refund you for the entire stay and offered to find another place for the night but you didn't want to accept and ended the call in a not too kind way.The following morning your reservation was canceled and you were not charged any penalty.In any case we invite our guests to carefully read the information about the facility they are booking because Trieste 411 is not a hotel, it is a guest house, this means that it does not have a series of services that are usually present in hotels such as 24 hour reception service.Best regards,Staff

La struttura si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale di Trieste e ad altrettanti dal centro storico, in una posizione comoda per raggiungere sia trasporti e parcheggi, sia il centro della città. Le camere sono ben tenute e pulite: nel complesso un soggiorno molto piacevole.

La struttura è vicino sia alla stazione che al centro di Triest e un piccolo snack. La persona alla reception è gentile e disponibile. e. È silenziosa, pulita e confortevole. Forniscono la possibilità di farsi tè e caffè in camera
