Nice outdoor beaches but not 4 star
We arrived 1 day before the resort was to close for the season so it was nice and not too busy. Good service in getting guests around on arrival. They upgraded us from a classic to superior room which has a terrace, but the room was very basic, not of 4* standard. No hair dryer, no kettle, no dressing table, and 2 little sachets of shampoo and shower gel were all that was offered. There was no table or arm chair in the room, 2 little side tables were the only table surface you have in tbe room. The room was big enough to have a little table and a couple of comfy chairs, as you'd expect from a 4 star hotel. The outdoor beaches were very beautiful and well kept, but the main pool where people gather for drinks day and night was not well kept, and on the dirty side when we went for a drink in the evening. Drity tables and dead leaves around the area is not 4*. Air conditioning was sketchy, it kept stopping every now and then, and the maintenance man showed us if you unplug then replug and switch on, it works again. We did this a few times, including in the middle of night we woke up too hot. Breakfast was very average.

Location was incredible. Very scenic with well kept grounds and excellent, friendly service. I would highly recommend this property which is very family vacation oriented as well. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The island is beautiful. The resort had nobody to offer nor ditect activities. We fou d out by accident that there was a Sardinian fest. The food was okay. Seafood all tasted fishy. I normally would not complain. Tbey need to take lessons from other resorts for customer service. They closed up just about all shops and restaurants for the season a few days into our 11 night stay. So nothing to choose from. The beach was beautiful. Lots of chairs. Water was clear and warm. Walk to Totolli and check out the town.

A great experience
It was a great surprise to find such a lovely complex within the gates of Arbatax. Something for everyone. Lovely gardens, delightful buggies to take you round the park. Good food, efficient bars and great sports facilities and...wonderful sea!

Dune - July 2017
The location within the resort is excellent, just a few steps to the beach. The small beaches were clean and quiet, with just enough sun loungers. Drinks at the Beach Bar were a bit pricey, 3 euro for a can of coke, but the food was good value for lunchtime. Bar staff also add 10% for table service, even for singles/couples. Rooms are very basic, but air conditioning works well and some rooms have ceiling fans too.

Friendly but poor service
Staff was friendly but incapable of attending customers timely. Can visibly see other guests disgruntled as they waited for rides which were necessary to get around the large property. My "superior" room was tiny and had zero view. Quality vs price was poor compared to my other stays on the island.the beach in front toda the property were also not as nice as other beaches on the island. The terrace bar and restuarant are quite pleasant.

A wonderful carefree beach holiday!
It was a wonderful stay. This place is great for families as they plan a lot for children. They take very good care of the details. For example we were on half board and getting in late and we're going I miss dinner so they had two antipasto plates waiting for us. They also saw that we were leaving on a later flight so they arranged a shuttle to leave a bit later than their normal runs. We also asked for a quiet room which was a little higher up and this was ideal as we didn't have the beach foot traffic. They have the most beautiful beaches and yoga in the morning. Breakfast and dinner was lovely (although breakfast can get a little repetitive after 7 days ) and we enjoyed quite a few drinks at the bars and yummy pizza during lunch. We took two trips into the port town and had a wonderful dinner there one night and a boat trip to the Orri beach which is a must do. In addition you can take canoes each day and paddle around the coast line or take a diving lesson. Only two recommendations would be to ventilate the bathrooms better and more English speaking staff (they had French, German and Itslian eel covered)

Fantastisk koselig sted, litt uoppdaget for andre enn italienere. Lite folksomt, ikke som en typisk resort, men rolig og trygt - er et inngjerdet resort-område med flere forskjellige områder, barer, restauranter og strender. Dune (bungalow) og ikke All inclusive er det vi anbefaler. Eneste skuffelsen er at det ikke er treningsrom, bare gruppesesjoner. Ligger litt for seg selv, så vi brukte taxi (det finnes kun tre av de i området) til treningssenter og byen.

Il luogo è davvero molto bello e peculiare. A parte i manager e qualche eccezione il personale appare non qualificato o comunque non assolutamente non all’altezza di un 4stelle, lo stesso vale per il cibo di qualità scarsa. Vari disservizi internet e la linea telefonica non funziona nella maggior parte della struttura neppure in camera (funziona la wi-fi solo nelle aree comuni). Il condizionatore in camera nostra era molto rumoroso, il telefono non funzionava e la rete del letto si è rotta. Il luogo però vale la pena e con qualche investimento in più sarebbe da 10 e lode.

J'ai passé une semaine a arbatax resort avec ma femme , impression d'être dans un safari ,et a la mer en même temps ,la vue est panoramique, exactement comme sur les photos du site , le personnel est accueillant et souriant, la qualité des repas est bonne ,les animations a arbatax sont surtout pour les familles avec enfants , privilégiées les excursions en dehors organisé par le ressort, la chambre est propre, les serviettes sont changer tout les jours .Ne vous arrêtez pas sur les commentaires négatifs, faite votre propre opinion.

Das war mit Abstand das schlechteste Hotel unserer Sardinienrundreise. Die Anlage ist in einem schlechten Zustand, das Personal langsam und faul und die Qualität des Essen mangelhaft. Nie wieder!

10 nuits à l'hôtel Dune à Arbataxparkresort
Nous rentrons ravis de notre séjour à l'hôtel Dune. Le parc est vraiment magnifique, on peut y faire de longues balades et s'émerveiller devant les paysages superbes et passer du temps à profiter de la faune et de la flore. Le parc animalier est vraiment sympa, le Spa est top également. Nous remercions Barbara qui court à longueur de journée pour le bien-être de ses hôtes et toujours avec le sourire. Nous remercions également Ali et le personnel du restaurant pour leur gentillesse et aussi toutes les dames qui s'occupent du ménage dans les chambres. Si je peux me permettre juste une remarque, ce serait bien que les chambres soient équipées d'une bouilloire électrique.

Ho trovato questi piccoli bungalow a pochi passi dal mare unici per caratteristiche, immersi nel verde di un parco bellissimo e molto suggestivi. La ristorazione è buona, la disponibilità del personale ci ha permesso di vivere al meglio questa bella esperienza.

Nous recherchions un endroit pour avoir du repos et de la détente, ce lieu est parfait pour cela! nous étions logé dans la partie Dune. c'est calme et la vue de notre chambre était magnifique! Accueillant et très sympa, le personnel est à votre écoute. En ce qui nous concerne, je donne un plus à Barbara de "La Dune", pour sa gentillesse et sa prévenance et à Victorrio du "Sagana" pour son accueil. La nature est omniprésente dans tout le parc et les fonds marins, (pour le snorkeling ou autres) sont très vivants! je recommande cet établissement.

Die Anlage ist wunderschön. Man sollte vielleicht vorher darauf hinweisen, dass das Auto ziehmlich weit weg von der Unterkunft geparkt wird, und zwar gleich bei der Ankunft. Die Unterkunft ist etwas eng und es fehlen Ablagemöglichkeiten aber man gewöhnt sich dran. Die ganze Anlage ist in den Hang gebaut - wunderschön - man muss aber gut zu Fuß sein. Die Mitarbeiter sind klasse, egal ob es bei der Zimmerreinigung, im Restaurant oder in der Anlage ist, es waren alle super freundlich und hilfsbereit, großer Pluspunkt. Sehr schön ist auch die Lage direkt am Wasser, hier findet jeder einen Platz, ob am Sandstrand oder auf den Felsen. Wir sagen Danke

Un bellissimo soggiorno
Il villaggio è molto bello e curato all'interno di un parco naturale e con dei panorami mozzafiato. La cucina è veramente ottima. Le cale del resort sono tutte favolose ma quella delle dune ancor di più! Vi aspetta uno spettacolo unico, la mattina prima dell'alba i daini o mufloni del parco attraversano tutta la scogliera per arrivare allo scoglio più alto e godersi il sorgere del sole.

Bella posizione, peccato per le camere
Posizione vicina al mare e alla reception (struttura Dune). Lunghe camminate in salita per andare al parcheggio. Ristorante ragionevole, ma scelta forzata (provarne un altro del resort costa 20 euro a testa!). Camera ("superior"!) molto piccola e indegna di un hotel a quattro stelle, neppure in grado di reggere il confronto con un buon due stelle: aria condizionata estremamente rumorosa, mobili inutilizzabili che sembrano recuperati da un mercatino delle pulci (portate poche cose perché non saprete dove appoggiarle!), TV di dimensioni lillipuziane, letto antico e scomodo in quanto privo di alcune assi. Chiamare la reception è inutile, dovrete armarvi di pazienza e chiedere diverse volte di persona anche solo per ottenere un cuscino. Ampia presenza di zanzare nel resort. Per fortuna l'intrattemimento ci ha molestato una sola notte durante la nostra presenza. NOTA: non pensate di connettervi con il mondo esterno, perché la linea degli operatori di portatili non funziona e il wifi, che quando va è pessimo, sparisce spesso e per lunghi periodi.

Resort immerso nel verde, camere confortevoli e silenziose, buona colazione e cena, staff gentilissimo, belle piscine, bellissima caletta con lettini a disposizione. Difficoltà di spostamento ai parcheggi in quanto occorre necessariamente aspettare la navetta ogni mezz ora e più.

Erholsamer Urlaub in tollem Ambiente
Obwohl das Dune etwas ausserhalb der Ortschaft Arbatax (ca. 1km) liegt, ist die Lage absolut toll. Eine sehr gepflegte Anlage mit vielen sportlichen Möglichkeiten und mit wenigen Schritten ist der schöne Strand erreichbar. Der Service ist sehr zu orkommend und dem Niveau des Hotels absolut angemessen.

Hotel sul mare unico
Hotel unico perchè è una struttura singolare, sembra un piccolo villaggio greco ma in sardegna, immerso nel verde a pochi passi dal mare. Le camere sono dei piccoli bungalow semplici ma molto carini. Il personale presente e disponibile, piacevole colazione nel ristorante al mare. Consiglio la visita al parco naturale dove si trova un centro benessere bellissimo.

Hotel direkt am strand
Schöne Einzelzimmer, direkt in den Berg gebaut. Tolles Personal, extrem freundlich. Die Zimmer sind einfach aber mit wunderschönen Blick, auch vom Restaurant aus sieht man wunderschön aufs Meer. Der ganze Park ist sehr liebevoll angelegt. Definitiv zu empfehlen.

Wir waren im Dune,dies ist zwar nahe am Meer aber jenseits von der Hauptreception oder vom Parkplatz des Hotels entfernt!! Es gibt ein Shuttle aber der fährt alle halbe Stunde und ist meist unpünktlich.Ich kann dieses Hotel nur an Familien mit kleinen Kindern empfehlen!! Sehr schlechter WLAN Empfang

Arrivo in hotel verso le 23.30 all'accoglienza un ragazzo forse scocciato dell'orario di arrivo ci accompagna in camera malvolentiri e ci scarica come bagagli. Camera povera per un hotel 4 stelle con minibar vuoto per cui mi è toccato chiamare la reception per potere avere un po d'acqua. Spiaggia piccola e turisti ammassati con pericolose discese per poter entrare in acqua. Per il rientro hanno organizzato, senza peraltro informarmi, la navetta alle ore 7.30 nonostante il mio volo partisse alle 12.30 e davanti alle mie rimostranze ho avuto solo risposte arroganti. Ho dovuto passare 3 ore in aeroporto ad attendere il mio volo....
