“Pleasantly surprised”

Lobby area very modern and chic, backs right into a sweet mall. We were there visiting family for Christmas. On Christmas Eve, there were no taxi's to be found but the Hotel shuttle had no problems taking us where we needed to be. Buffet breakfast was great. There's a nice pool between hotel and mall. Rooms a bit drab but overall very satisfied especially for the price!

“Perfect after/before an internacional flight”

Hotel is really close from torreon airport. They can provide free airport transportation if you make prior arrangements if you don't want to bother an airport taxi will do it for ten dollars. Hotel is connected to a very nice mall so you can enjoy many different kind of food

Nice hotel and appropriately priced. Those two things do not always go hand in hand in Mexico!

“Not bad only a few problems”

Overall the value and service is very good. My only complaints are that when you order room service it takes a bit long, almost boardering on unacceptable, to receive your food. The 2nd issue that I had was with the breakfast...the omlet was horrible, not at all prepared properly, they served be butter that was spoiled then refrozen which was unacceptable, the other breakfast items were cold when they arrived to my table and the replacement butter that brought out was frozen solid. Not a good expirience in the restaraunt at all. Finally my room was missing the free morning coffee, I had to call the front desk and they did send it up but is took a very long time and I had to call a 2nd time...when it arrived it was not very good at all...it used to be muc better. All and all a nice place to stay but they need to address these issues to keep standards up.
