The place is cozy although the poor curtain situation makes it hard to sleep in the morning (too much light coming in!). At arrival, the security staff downstairs was overwhelmed by the many people checking in and every client seemed to have a problem with their room. I showed up on time as prescribed in the communication email but had to wait 30 min for the room to be released (the cleaning wasn't done, I was told). But overall, I was pleased by the location

A apartment/condo in downtown Toronto close to many major attractions (CN Tower etc) The gentleman helping us on site didn’t speak English or French which made things very challenging, considering that English is the primary language spoken in Toronto Ontario, Canada. Parking was very confusing and very little instruction was given. As well as no instruction was given on how to use elevators, etc., with the fob provided. Air conditioning in the unit did not work. The windows that did open in the unit were at floor level, which seemed odd and dangerous for an apartment 21 floors up. The bedrooms were missing dressers of any kind to store your clothes. The condo is spacious. And somewhat modern. It does provide a nice view of the city. All in all for the amount of money, I wouldn’t stay here again. We enjoyed our time in Toronto However the stress of Not being properly informed about many of the condos Intricacies, parking, elevators, security, etc. left a lot to be desired.

I liked everything about this property. Couldn't be any handier to the Rogers Center as well as several good dining options. 10 minute walk from Union Station. 2 minute walk to the Rogers Center and CN Tower. The only down side was check-in. The company running the front desk were not the most helpful. They told us the Cleaner still had the keys for our unit and we'd have to wait, who knows how long. After 15 minutes I contacted the rental company directly again and after checking with their cleaner, the in fact had been dropped off before we arrived. When I approached the front desk again, phone in hand and rental company rep on the line, my keys magically showed up. Not sure what's going on there, but alls well that ends well.

The apartment was too warm & the air conditioning was not available, so the patio door had to stay open during the night, which was quite noisyi. The air conditioning couldn’t be activated before the month of May.!

The apartment was very clean, fully stocked with all of the necessities. I appreciated the extra towels and sheets. The apartment is very spacious. The walk in closet was a bonus! The view is terrific and the building is great. The Rivet Stays team was very responsive when I reached out because I forgot something. The only thing missing is a full length mirror. :) I highly recommend this as an a great place to stay when visitng Toronto. My family of four loved it. Thank you Rivet Stays!!

Room was clean but had many broken finishes. Bedroom blinds were missing shades which allowed light into the room. Not easy to sleep when right next to a high rise that's lit up at night. Room was in generally poor repair.

My wife and I spent a three days to catch a couple of musicals. The suite is close/easily walkable to everything you need; dining, entertainment, shopping, groceries, subway, train station (Union) making our stay very enjoyable. The suite is well appointed and everything was in working order. Our host was easy to get a hold of and instructions simple and clear. Would definitely stay there again.

Property is managed well and is clean. Close everything since everything is mostly walking distance. No need to drive but if you do, there are lots of surface parking (at a cost) or there are parkades as well.

The concierge responded promptly to my communications once I arrived. And they very quickly met my two requests for items that needed replenishing. I could not figure out the thermostat for the furnace, which was blasting hot air. The concierge sent me a video showing how to turn it off but not how to control it. Luckily the unit stayed warm in a warm winter week. I could not open the door to the dryer. The odor from the garbage room next door was sometimes overpowering. The bed has seen better days. Only kids could sleep on the trundle bed. There are a ton of places to eat in this area, but I didn't eat here / check prices. The noise problem comes from the restaurant under the unit which pipes music outdoors. On the up side, the Toronto International Film Festival's regular cinema is around the corner. The subway is only a few blocks away. Mofer Coffee is open every day till 8.

Super great experience staying here! Apartment has everything you need, it's clean, renovated and close to everything (right across the street from Ripley's Aquarium). Super walkable location with a Starbucks right next door, communication with front desk and Genelee was also seamless. I'll definitely be staying here again!

We liked the location as it was close to many hot spots. The patio was nice, beds were comfy, netflix, it had everything we needed to cook. Did not like that the pool was seasonal and the hot tub did not work while we were there.

Comfortable and great location!
Fantastic location! We could see the CN Tower and Blue Jays stadium from our window. We had excellent instructions for arrival and departure. The unit was super comfortable and had everything we needed. We couldn’t enjoy the 15th floor pool or view because of bad weather, but we could see how beautiful it would be on a sunny warm day.

We travelled to Toronto to watch the Blue Jays play and searched for a suite close to Rogers and walkable. The Atmos was just what we asked for. Beautiful little suite, super clean and our host was only an email away. Genelee our customer care angel was fabulous. The suite was directly across the street from the Rogers Centre, great restaurant choices, walking distance to Union Station and the trains. We will be back to the Atmos.

First and foremost, the view was absolutely incredible.. Very convenient downtown location, near the water, CN tower, stadiums, bars/restaurants, etc.. The unit was very clean w/ necessary supplies and utensils for a few days stay. The CX team was very helpful and quick to respond with any questions RE: check in, check out, etc. 10/10 would definitely recommend and I'll be staying here again, for sure!

Property is ideal for people who would be walking around town. Very close to ripley’s aquarium, CN Tower, Roger’s Centre, Scotia Arena and Union Station. Easy and safe walk to eaton centre and the toronto sign. Very close to restaurants, bars and patios. Host has very good communication and very prompt to answering queries. Access to amenities except the billards and games room. Highly recommended.

Before the stay, through a text message, someone asked me for my government ID to be given via “touch link”. I completely refused even though they had already collected full payment with no refund. I feel as an individual, you do not know who’s at the end receiving your ID and security payment. That’s a no-no in my books because I do not know where my info goes once I touch the red link. So I had to find the telephone number and speak to the person. Found the person through another number that Hotels.com gave to me. The person hesitantly accepted that I show my ID at front desk scenario. So ppl out there. Don’t put your government issued ID out there online. You don’t know who it is. Be careful. Otherwise, the apartment was beautiful. If I can only complain about two things: 1. that big mirror is useless. Just one thing ppl can break if not careful. It wasn’t attached to the wall. 2. The bathroom sink, the faucet water, when washing your hands spills everywhere. Not practical. Other than that, it was a spectacular view, comfy bed. Overall, i give 4/5 because the owner needs to adjust the three things mentioned above.
