I would highly recommend that non-slip surfaces be put on the tubs. Even a bath mat would be better than nothing. A few dollars towards safety could save a lot in injury claims…millions.
Delivered everything we needed for a one-night stay after arriving at Toronto airport, plus had a good restaurant on premises for a meal after arriving and for breakfast. Plenty of space for parking, too.

Reserved a Queen Bed but got 2 doubles :(
Asked for a room with bathtub. Got that but plug did not work. :(
Great value place to stay for the airport, with high standards of comfort and cleanliness. Friendly staff. Food in on site restaurant was very good. Be careful about airport courtesy bus - it is not a shuttle and needs pre-arranging in each direction.

Big advantage is the free hotel shuttle to/from YYZ airport. State of the hotel itself is fine. Could definitively need renovations, but you get what you pay for, so that is completely fair. Was cheaper than other hotels in the area. Restaurants at 10 min walking distance.
The shuttle drivers were great! Check in services were average didn't feel they liked their job both weren't friendly. The rooms were good and clean.

I like the fact that there was a restaurant attached to the property. A minus for me was the rooms and the environment didn’t smell good maybe it because they are using carpet throughout or lack of proper cleaning. Also during booking it stated breakfast was inclusive but we were told because we book through Expedia
The street noise is substansible so get an interior room. Rooms are small and for 3 people it's really cramped. Hotel management was very courteous and friendly.
This was listed as a pet friendly hotel and they actually have a no pet policy. I am deaf so my wife called Expedia and the customer service was was abysmal the rep would not listen to the issue and kept trying to give my wife a free git.he actually hung up on her
Front desk was courteous and polite, asked about needing shuttle and wake up call. Room was very clean, bed comfortable. Coffee was excellent while we waited for shuttle. will stay here again
Expedia took no responsibility on how they advertised the room and parking available for the stay. Instead they passed off the responsibility to the Hotel even though the booking was done through Expedia. I never booked into the hotel at all. I tried several times to have Expedia rectify the situation and refund my payment ,but with no success even though a representative upon first contact aggreed to do so .
Very poor service from the Hotel and more importantly Expedia
