"We arrived on a hot day in May but the hotel refused to turn on the air conditioner as it was still getting cool at night. They had no fans either. They told us to open our "window". Except we had a balcony so the first night we opened our door (didn't feel very safe doing so) and were eaten up by mosquitos and the birds woke us at 6am. Nor would they be opening the pool until mid June. Also, the bed was too firm for my comfort. We also had a room over the outside cafe and people were loud all...
