Amazing property, even though next to busy Tokyo station but still very quiet. Super clean with friendly and professional staff. I would highly recommend this property and if I go back to Japan, I’ll be sure to stay here again.

Great hotel, just wish we were able to stay longer. Beds were comfortable, staff was nice and helpful, and the ease of catching a train the next morning was a breeze. We will definitely stay again the next time we are in Tokyo.

This is the place to stay in Tokyo. From the moment you enter the lobby the staff is attentive, welcoming and friendly. After a long day of traveling the luxury found in The Tokyo station hotel is exactly what you need. Breakfast was extraordinary, the food was good especially the truffle omelette, but the staff was so kind, thoughtful and just a joy to be around in the morning. You can tell how much thought and care goes into making your first meal of the day the best one. From the complimentary morning newspaper to the convenience of staying right in a piece of history. This is the place to stay when visiting Tokyo. Without a doubt. Thank you to everyone at the Tokyo Station Hotel. We appreciated everything so very much.

This is a great hotel. The staff was great with assistance before arrival and then escorted us to our train platform as we left. Anyone who visits Tokyo should stay at this hotel.

Quiet and very comfortable room. The service and amenities were excellent. The location is very convenient, an easy walk ro Imperial Palace and Ginza, without being as intense as Shinjuku.

Before anything, it’s the A location. Right out of JR ( Japan Railways) Tokyo Station, where so many trains including bullet trains and city lines come together, you are there. Secondly, it is a historic hotel in a historic station but beautifully renovated with wonderful staff. Restaurants there are great too. Thirdly it is a walking distance to Ginza, Otemachi and Imperial Palace and also there are tons of good restaurants and shops nearby in different buildings across the plaza. It is one of my favorite hotels in tokyo.

Stayed here for 2 nights.. A very beautiful property and one of the most friendliest staff.. They arranged for pick up and drop off from the airport .. Food is amazing.. Do book for restaurants in advance.. Couple of shopping areas next to it with nice food options.. station is nearby for quick access to the city.. Would definitely stay here again

Easily one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Kind and caring staff. Incredible rooms with all of the very fine details covered - all the way down to lighting temperature to watching Netflix. Exceptional and will certainly ly be staying again on my next trip to Japan

Tokyo Station Hotel!
Wonderful experience! Always wanted to stay at The Tokyo Station Hotel! Decided to stay for my birthday. Hotel staff at check in was super friendly. Ms A Nakamoto who guided me to the room and gave information was super friendly and kind! Appreciated her warm welcome! Room was beautiful and I was happy I was able to get the room view I wanted overlooking the outside of Tokyo station. Breakfast was delicious in a nice atmosphere and staff were friendly. I also got a birthday photo which I will treasure. Thank you so much! I hope to come back again soon :)
