Room was very small and one person had to go in the bathroom so the other could pass. There was no wardrobe, only a hanging rail with four coat hangers. It was therefore not very comfortable and quite stressful in keeping track of items.

This is a place to stay for a short stay when transiting to airports and train stations. Well located in ginza- rooms are tiny and oddly equipped.

2nd time staying at this hotel - love that it is within walking distance of the train station which connects to many popular spots of Tokyo. Room is spacious enough & cleanliness maintained throughout. Will definitely choose this hotel again if im back in Tokyo.

Pleasant, good value.
Great little room. Small, as expected, but nicely appointed, everything in reach. Clean, up to date. Quiet, slept well. Good location for walking around Ginza. As a solo traveller, totally recommend.

The staff is very friendly and the hotel holds some nice amenities at the front desk. The hotel does not offer many services and the room (based on my own experience with the room I booked) is very very small, the bed is not comfortable and we needed to request extra pillows (because the ones at the room were not very good). All requests were prompt supported by the hotel staff.

Sadly we did not have a good experience, we had two rooms reserved, and the smell was so strong that we stayed there only one night of the three nights reserved at this hotel. It appears to have three stars, but it would be described better as a two-star hotel with an excellent location.

Very nice and clean. Helpful staff and good service. Overall good experience. Room was very small (but that is as expected for Tokyo....) with little room to walk/put suitcases. My cousin and I traveled with 2 larger suitcases so it was hard to maneuver in the room.

The hotel is new and clean. But I was upset that they dont clean and tidy your room when you dont put the "make up my room" sign on your door. I prefer they do it automatically every day when they do their standard housekeeping.
