Good location - fun to try a pod for one night. Communal shower area can be busy in the morning with lockers close together

If you want a capsule hotel experience, this is for you. Ideal if you don't have much luggage and already fairly organized. Breakfast is via coupon for nearby cafe and not great if you're pressed for time

Stayed here a few days ago. Was quick and easy but I do wish the locker area was bigger because it was hard to move large luggage around. Also would be great if there was more than one elevator

Really clean and quiet, but was difficult to get a shower or use to elevator with the number of people at the hotel. Would be nice if there were more of both. Locker space was also pretty crammed and hard to maneuver luggage in/out. I did love the top floor lounge a lot. Looking forward to staying here again on Monday.

very basic capsule no extras .
This capsule was not as nice as one in Kanda no check in unless you knock on window to check in . Very noisy only one toilet on capsule floor other places lot more.

It was a great experience staying at this capsule hotel. It is women only which makes you feel safer. Although it is self check in, the staff is friendly and willing to help with the process. Pajamas, towel, slippers and toiletries were included! It is very quiet and clean. It is very safe to walk around the area. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place and a nice way to experience capsule stay in a safe location. Love that it's female only. Only con is you have to think a few steps ahead to pack/unpack due to layout

Takes 9 hours to catch the lift
The staff are trying to be helpful and the place is stylish, but I did not enjoy my stay. Take a really long time to move between floors because there is one lift. You can't have your bags in the form with you, they will be on another floors where the lockers are. If you have alotsnof stuff getting to it is a pain in the bitt because the lockers are design like a stylish, prison-cell-like changing room which makes packing it up hard. The communal spaces are too small to be comfortable. I bruised my arm trying to negociate the small space and when I went to get some help, it turns out they do t have a first aid kit and I was lucky to get some ice. The staff did what they could but they should really have first aid stuff. I also tried walking downstairs the emergency stairs because the lift was taking forever (I needed medical help) and the emergency stairs are blocked wall to wall with people's suitcases, which really isn't good. I will say that the staff did try and help but they are limited when the design of the place is poor.

The bathrooms on each floor don’t have soap. Only the locker rooms floors do which didn’t make sense to me. This is a huge breading ground for germs. I actually ended up getting sick toward the end of my stay because of how hard the AC was blowing. I’m sure I picked up something from one of those bathrooms. Hopefully this place makes a change but if not; please be prepared with your own soap.

I was surprised at how spacious the capsule was. The pillow was super comfy. I found the locker area very narrow and tight, especially when multiple people were trying to get to their lockers.

Not much to complain about here. Everything was very clean and the lounge was the perfect place to come back to and definitely offered a bigger place to relax if you didn’t want to stay in the capsule! I wish we could have used the stairs because one elevator for all of those floors was really slow but thats a minor inconvenience. Close enough to the heart of Shinjuku but definitely in a quieter area! Felt very safe too.

Was a pleasant stay. We were here for 4 nights, the facility is very clean! The check-in procedure did take a while but nothing too strenuous. If you're staying longer than 2 nights, you won't be able to access your room/lockers from 10am to 2pm for cleaning, it's not too bad but if you're wanting to sleep-in this is probably going to be an issue for you. You can access the lounge upstairs during this time though. The only thing that was a little annoying was the small locker space but you get what you pay for! Overall satisfactory experience! Thank you ☺️

I really enjoyed staying here. Despite the reviews I saw before my experience here, it was actually very quiet. The showers were located on a separate floor and they provided hair soap and body soap. They also provided pjs, towels, and slippers. It was definitely a nice experience. I only stayed for 1 night and would recommend.

About 10 minutes walk from Shinjuku and in a fairly safe and quiet neighbourhood with some LGBTQ bars around. Property was very clean and the bed was surprisingly spacious compared to other capsule hotels I have been too. Unfortunately, the lack of sound proofing and insensitive residents meant that I did not have more than 3 hours sleep for the two nights I was here. It was so noisy with people going in and out at 3am and bringing up their luggage even though that was not allowed. If not for this, I would rate this hotel 5 stars.

This was my first-ever experience in a capsule hotel and I honestly loved it! I loved the place and it was perfect for me and what I needed for my trip. Although it didn't bother me, the location I would say is maybe in an area that can be a little noisy in the evenings, however, you can't hear the noise once inside the pods.

The capsule wall is too thin. I heard the loudest snores and CPAP from my next capsule in my entire life. Lol The biggest problem here is they don’t have any space to open language. Their locker rooms are too tight to change cloth. I stayed at a new hotel the next day with similar price with breakfast.

Super, super clean. The bed, lounge and locker area (with bathrooms and showers) were well-maintained and we were provided with necessities (toothbrush, toothpaste, towels, slippers, sleepwear, soap/shampoo, conditioner) in great condition. Some reviews had brought up the issue of the sleep-sensor machine making lots of noise at night. I could hear buzzing, but it wasn't much of a problem for me and I was able to fall asleep quickly.

館内全てが女性専用なので安心して利用できました。ベッドは硬めで、枕は低めです。施設自体は狭いのですが、カプセルの中は狭さを感じませんでした。ラウンジの雰囲気が良かったです。フリードリンクやお湯のポットが無いので、入館前にコンビニ等で飲み物を忘れずに購入する必要があります。
