"Charming home in a chanel. Michele was very responsive to any and all questions. The bed rooms were spacious but downstairs was a little smaller than we thought but still worked for our family. The only thing was the geese poop all over the yard and dock which doesn't seem like it can be helped. Close and easy boat launch and nice size dock for your boat"

"The owner of the property was a pleasure to work with an extremely helpful very available for any requests The home is extremely clean and a 10 minute walk or very short drive to the lake There is only one pass to the lake so if you have more than one car, this could be a problem The air-conditioning does not reach one of the bedrooms very well, so it is extremely hot in the bedroom that is adjacent to the back yard The kitchen is very small, I would recommend this is more suitable for four people than seven, there is a pull out couch that turns into a bed but the location is awkward and it's in the kitchen. It's really basically one open room, with bedrooms off of it There's a nice fire pit in the back if the weather is not too hot that's a big plus And a nice big table for eating in the back and the hot tub again if it's not too hot, it's very clean The neighborhood is nice and quiet overall , there is a porch with a couple of comfortable chairs in the front, which is shady. If you're not going to be in the house that much, then this is a great base to spend lots of time at the lake or doing other activities."
