The staff is super helpful, the location is gorgeous (we stayed in a honeymoon villa and the view was awesome), and the location is close to go into Ubud and back easily. Definitely recommend! The only set back I can say is there is a neighbour who runs power tools like a chain saw or something across the valley with some frequency which causes some undesired noise, despite this not being the hotel’s fault just wanted to mention it. "Stayed 9 nights and loved everything from the comfortable rooms, hospitality, cleanliness, location and amenities. The staff goes out of their way to make you comfortable and happy during your stay! The complimentary breakfast every morning was amazing offering a variety of foods for breakfast or brunch. Gorgeous spa! During my stay I had a few massages, body scrub and a facial at the spa which was so relaxing and convenient to go from the spa to my bed in minutes. I felt so welcomed by the staff and was sad to leave. Had an amazing time and will go back! "
