Our staff rightly pointed out to you that the reservation was for 2 adults only, you admitted that you had booked 1 double room for 2 adults with us and another double room in another hotel.You probably resented the fact that the staff realized that there were 4 of you and that toycouldn't get the other 2 people into the room secretly.Our beds, in all our rooms are extremely confortable.We will ask Expedia to delete your review as there is nothing correct or truthful on it.Regards.Fabrizio MilazzoHotel Manager

Dear Wendy,Honestly we don't understand what you're complaining about, nowhere do we indicate that we have private parking but Hotel guests can park along the street (plenty of spaces specially out of the peak season) for free (perhaps you should have read the hotel services better before booking). The lift reaches all floors, only for 3 rooms you have to go down 4 steps from the first floor and go up 3 to get to these 3 rooms (we don't understand what's so negative about it, moreover our staff is always at your complete disposal to help all guests with their luggage). For the rest we don't understand and say again what you're complaining about, at this point maybe we're the ones saying: "thank goodness you only stayed with us only one night".Greetings.Fabrizio MilazzoHotel Manager
