Beautiful Lakefront Condo

Bring family or friends and walk to the beach or downtown from this spacious and comfortable 2-bedroom main floor condo located on Lakeshore Drive, directly across from Sylvan Lake. Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen or take advantage of the many microbreweries, restaurants, and coffee shops within walking distance of this centrally located condo. At the end of the day, sit back and relax in front of the electric fireplace or on the private patio with a view of the lake!

The space

Relax and enjoy your time in this spacious two bedroom, one bathroom main floor condo unit with a full kitchen, living room with an electric fireplace, and a private patio facing the lake.
Each bedroom contains one queen bed with room darkening shades on the windows.
The bathroom has a shower and a vanity with basic care necessities for guest use. The kitchen has most appliances, full range stove, microwave, fridge, toaster and a Keurig coffee machine. The breakfast bar offers seating for four.

The living room has a 60" Smart TV (that allows you to login to all your streaming services), an electric fireplace and direct access to a private patio where guests can enjoy a BBQ and view of the lake.

The building has a communal laundry room with paid washers and dryers for guest use.
