We spent 3 nights at this hotel upon our arrival to Rome. It's about 1 hour drive from the airport and is a good central point to visit many attractions in Lazio. Property is surrounded by well maintained and beautiful gardens and trees, very quite with plenty of free parking. Nice option to use a base station to visit beautiful nearby towns such as Toscania, Viterbo, Orvieto, Trevignano (on Lago Bracciano), etc. Front desk is always ready to help you on anything you need. Rooms, although a bit small, are clean and modern design. Restaurant is a great option and offers gourmet meals with a good selection of wines. We highly recommend this place if you want a quite place, away from noisy towns and with easy access to surrounding areas.

Amazing property and rooms! Really top notch. Only complaint is that our air conditioner was on a timer and turned off every hour, making sleeping difficult. We told the staff and they fixed it right away.

Wonderful!
This was a beautiful hotel, surrounded by wonderful views and close to historic sites, with very friendly and accommodating staff. My wife and I asked to purchase a bottle of wine for a late afternoon glass to relax from a day of travel. The staff not only got us the bottle of wine, but they opened up the restaurant, started a fire in the fireplace in the nearby seating area, included some snacks and allowed us to enjoy the setting all by ourselves! The hotel itself will be a reason to return.

Their hospitality is beyond imagination! This hotel is surrounded by beatiful landscaping. Their breakfast is an outstanding buffet type with all sorts of choices. Love it and would go again and again

Stunning location and hotel. Rooms are clean and well kept. Only let down was the breakfast which was very lacking in comparison to the other hotels we have stayed at on this trip.

Very modern hotel - name ‘antico borgo’ leads you to believe it’s an old characterful hotel. It isnt, it’s very modern but it’s very comfortable, has a swimming pol in a large garden

No words! Just Purfect!
We love this place!!!Our stop over at Il Borgo di Sutri was superb... From the friendly staff to the clean the rooms. If you want a place to relax,this is the place to be. Everything was perfect! The balcony view was amazing. Also a perfect spot to have hold event such as a wedding. The food and service was amazing and unbelievable! To say 5 star is actually insulting. Federico and crew thank you so much for everything, we will definitely be back and recommending you to others! Grazie Antonella Catalanotto

My wife became very ill on our trip in Italy, we had booked to stay here earlier on in the trip. We couldn’t make it to our reservation as the wife had to become hospitalised. Made contact with the hotel to cancel our booking and couldn’t offer us a refund only some sort of Expedia credit. Still have t seen the Expedia credit and hotel stopped replying to my emails. Would not recommend at all

Nice hotel and great service
The room was clean and the service was excellent. They set up buffet breakfast daily at 7 am but we had to leave at 6:30 am for the airport so they set up breakfast for us at 6 am, one hour earlier than their regular time.

Beautiful views and lovely staff
This hotel is fantastic and was a perfect stop for us while walking the Via Francigena. It has beautiful views to the rear of the property across the fields and hills which we enjoyed from our balcony. The staff were exceptionally kind and went out of the way to assist us. In the morning they even walked out with us to show us the way back onto the Via Francigena through fields alongside a river to avoid the road. All in all it was a highlight of our trip! Thank you.

Albergo diffuso situato in vicinanza di Sutri. Molto curato negli spazi comuni, buona la pulizia delle camere. Occorre vestirsi per spostarsi dalla camera alla sede della colazione e questo in giornat di cattivo tempo è meno simpatico. Buona la colazione. Consigliato per il rapporto qualità/prezzo

Un'oasi di pace all'interno di un bellissimo parco
Massima pulizia. Camera suite grande, ideale per una famiglia composta da due adulti e due bambini come la nostra. Colazione molto buona per quanto riguarda il dolce, buona per il salato.

Buona soluzione per visitare Sutri e dintorni
Prenotate due junior-suite, di cui una con culla per bambino. La seconda, quella con culla, è risultata in una dependance non ammodernata, con allestimento non comparabile con l'altra (più datato e meno confortevole). La prima, invece, eccellente, con vasca idromassaggio, completa fornitura di generi di cortesia, accappatoi e teleria da bagno di qualità. Parcheggio interno, gratuito e vasto. Colazione classica italiana di buona qualità. Bella location appena fuori Sutri. Rapporto qualità/prezzo accettabile.

Ho riservato una camera doppia uso singolo di tipo superior sperando in un maggiore confort ma il letto era composto da due letti singoli attaccati. Il materasso era abbastanza datato come la struttura. Connessione wifi molto lenta.

Suite perfetta, spaziosa e confortevole, di livello decisamente superiore alla media. Ristorante di alta qualità, con piatti elaborati e gustosissimi, stesso discorso vale per la colazione. Nota di merito al proprietario Sig. Federico, premuroso e appassionato locandiere e chef, che ha preso a cuore noi e la nostra bimba portandoci assaggi extra dolci e salati. Una grande e piacevole esperienza, sicuramente da ripetere anche per un periodo più lungo.

Personale cortese e disponibile, camere ampie e ben arredate, il letto era comodo e la colazione buona. Qualche difficoltà nel parcheggiare ma nulla di insormontabile, tale difficoltà viene ripagata dall'eccellente location dell'hotel.
