Decent property. Pet friendly was much appreciated option.
When I got to the room and checked the beds there was a used napkin with sauce on it brought it to the front desk and the manager refunded me and offered a room change.
Rooms were comfortable and generally speaking clean. The overall facility was substandard on cleanliness and overall state of condition.

House keeping showing up at 8am is far too early. Shower in that particular room only had 1 temperature and it was extremely hot.

Good Hotel with some issues
I stay at the holiday Inn a lot when in Sudbury. It is a good place to stay but on this trip the room was a little less than perfect. It was all little things, but it added up to a 3-star review. The outlet near the bed was emitting a high-pitched sound that was loud enough to hear while in bed. The outlets were so loose that things would not stay plugged in. The outlet near the desk did not work so I had to plug in my computer further away. The lamp shade was damaged. In the shower the rack was falling off same with the towel hook. Just little things that can be fixed quickly. I would stay here again. Staff were excellent!

All good but the washroom shower wasn’t as clean as it should have and sink !
And shower door did not have a guard as water leaked a bit on floor and toilet paper holder is stripped and crooked!
