“Radisson hits the mark again!”

I chose the Radisson Royal Viking after a few very pleasant experiences at Radisson Hotels. This was no exception. I booked a Junior Suite as we were there for a week and had few complaints. The breakfast was a bit like feeding at the zoo but there was plenty of everything (tables a bit crammed together) and a good variety - even a Japanese section if you fancy seaweed in the morning. Location was perfect and the room itself (facing into the atrium was exceptionally quiet. I would certianly book here next time I stay in Stockholm.

“Absolutely terrific location right next to Arlanda Express/T central”

Besides the great staff, the pool and hot tub were terrific. The health club was a FULL health club with many machines which made the stay that much more of a luxury. Food at the Fisk Lounge was terrific and nice to have a cocktail in the lounge to wind up the day ... the Sky Bar was another gem, overlooking Stockholm and colorful with big pillows and so conductive to relaxing and enjoying some down time. Everything we needed all in one place.

L'hôtel dispose de toutes les facilités que l'on peut attendre d'un tel établissement. Le personnel est accueillant, les chambres confortables et très bien étudiées (écran de télé rotatif pour pouvoir le voir des 2 côtés de la pièce lit ou canapé) On trouve quand même un peu de poussière dans la chambre mais les sanitaires sont impeccables Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié mais très peuplé ! (il faut venir tôt pour être tranquille) Enfin, l'hôtel est situé en plain centre de Stockholm avec tous les moyens de transport à 2 minutes à pied.

Emplacement privilégié pour visiter Stockholm à l'arrivée de l'Arlanda express. Manque peut-être un peu de la " touch of class" pour les 5 étoiles et un bémol avec la piscine indépendante de l'hôtel qui est un peu chère (13,5 euros).

“Pamper yourself at the Radisson Viking!”

Great location, next to the station. You do not necesarily need public transport to visit the town. 5 mins walk to the shops and the beautiful area of Gamla Stan. Secure. Profesional check in and clean/comfy bedroom, free wireless internet. Impressive lobby/entrance. Staff have knowledge of the local area. Unfortunately you have to pay for the amazing swimming pool with access to the sauna. Breakfast & restaurant are expensive as well, would recommend to go out. Nightlife is limited in this area of Stockholm. But for a peacefull stay, I would go back without a doubt!

The hotel was in a great location to walk to all tourist sights. Good breakfast buffet. Staff very helpful and friendly. Centrally located for bus and train service. I was very pleased with the rooms.

Hotel was top notch, room was spacious and had twin beds as we requsted. Check-in was seamless and the place had an overall nice vibe. Very clean, I've stayed in way worse places for more cash. Pool/hot tub/sauna was nice, but we had to pay to get in which wasnt too much and okay. Nice place to sweat off a hangover before sightseeing and doing it all over again. SkyBar was great view but kinda of a tourist trap, the doorman insisted that he take our coats and we had to pay 20SEK to get them back heh. Not much party atmosphere up there, seemed like businessmen doing business stuff but good view nonetheless. Staff was friendly, housekeeping didnt pester us when we were still in there and gave them a ring to come up when we left (last trip out stayed at a hotel in Munich where the damn housekeeping kept bothering me even though I told them to leave me alone until I was ready to leave). Can't comment on the room service food, never usually try it. The breakfast was actually fairly good, large selection instead of the standard cold continental. Location was also fantastic! Dead in the city centre and a good base for exploring Stockholm. Overall good stay.
