Bishop's Arms - Traditional English-style pub with classic dark wood panelling and floorboards, decorated with artefacts and antiques including horse brasses, a grandfather clock, an accordion, and oars from the Oxford–Cambridge Boat Race. Serves a range of English draught and bottled beers and features a ‘wall of whiskies', offering guests the chance to sample more than 200 varieties of single malt. Extends into a lounge area that hosts wine and whisky tastings and can be used for private functions.

Breakfast Room - Bright, modern dining room with columns decorated with toys, books and framed photographic prints. Serves a Scandinavian buffet breakfast every morning, including scrambled eggs, frankfurters, pickled herring, soured milk, fruit, and croissants.

“A little bit disappoint!”

We have booked for 3 twin rooms for 6 man to use. But we have offer for double rooms with 1 big bed in the room. How can two man stay in one bed. That's awful...

“Nice Hotel - But Billing Errors Turned Us Sour”

We were well pleased with the hotel amenities, but billing errors turned us sour and have yet to be resolved. We paid in advance via credit card to Expedia for a standard room, but when we arrived there were no standard rooms available. We agreed to a room upgrade charge that came to an additional 12% cost. But then when we checked, the clerk hit our credit card for the full amount again plus the upgrade charge. When we pointed out the error, it was corrected immediately but the currency exchanges rates and the bank transaction fees cost us more from the clerk’s error. Now we’re finding that we were double billed again after we left for the upgrade fee. We have contacted the hotel via e-mail but as yet have no response.

It is really a great hotel at a reasonable price. It is not at the centre of downtown, but very convenience.

“Not impressed,”

While using the special rate you should be aware that this hotel tends to give you room called junior suite but the room is actually extremely small closet. Double bed is small and the mattress is too soft. The service is ok but stick to the informed time-table as the breakfast stops exactly as informed and it will be taken away quickly. But if you are only to stay in the room only for the night the hotel is quite ok and easy to reach. Good hotel for business where you stay only for the night.
