The rooms don't look like the photos, the bathroom sink didn't drain, the fridge buzzed loudly and the people yelling outside and banging on a near by door kept us awake.

Not clean, our dog found a chicken bone on the floor, and small pieces of plastic, pool and hot tub needs professional cleaning, we had to ask 3 times to get towels and a blanket. I would not recommend this motet

Many things were out of order, the water slide, the hot tub jets, and the AC unit. We weren’t told of any of these in advance. The hot tub was also really dirty, full of debris. Otherwise, the room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful.

Upon checkin, there was a note under the duvet that read “these sheets are dirty”. A very disturbing note to read as I would expect all bedding to be washed after a guest has stayed in the room.
