I truly wish I could rate my experience as a zero. The tv didn’t allow us to stream like most hotels. A lot of buttons didn’t work on the tv remote. We were forced to watch just local tv. When we made it to the room it only had 1 towel when the reservation had it noted that 2 adults would be checking in. Towels not clean. The bed was uncomfortable. The bedding had small couch pillows vs standard queen seeing as though it was a queen bed. The sheets were put on inside out & not on the bed completely. The comforter was extremely thin making it hard to become comfortable it was a constant battle on being hot/cold due to constantly having to switch the thermostat. We left out Sunday afternoon for about 3hrs for lunch. When we left the housekeeper was on our floor cleaning rooms right across from ours. When we returned she practically hadn’t made any progress and there were 2 other workers congregating with her. Our room hadn’t been touched but when trying to speak to them in their huddle we were looked at as if we were interrupting them. Might I add from Friday through Monday the housekeeper was talking on her phone via speakerphone while working. She ought to have an ear piece in to be less noisy. We had 2 incidents where our key cards were deactivated causing us to have to go down to the front desk for it to be fixed. The breakfast they provided was trash as well. We were supposed to stay until Monday but we were over it all so we packed up and left a early.
