When my husband went in to get the key to our room the young girl working was so friendly and she had a wheelchair available for me and helped me until my husband came back in with our bags . I asked if they had a fan and within minutes she had a fan for the room for me. I’m not sure what her name is but she had long dark hair and glasses and from

Vending machine would not accept bills and the card tip option was broken as well. Suggest providing a way to turn bills into coins.. A machine ir at the desk?
Food at restaurant was beautifully presented but for the price- flavour was lacking. Staff was a amazing: friendly, helpful, well spoken.

Nice hotel but unfortunately only have double beds which we found too small for our comfort. We wouldn’t stay again for that reason.

Great location and views, amenities were great as well as staff and food.
The only down, the hotel parking lot entry makes zero sense. If drive in to unload, there is no way out without going through paid parking area. It obviously a problem as there is a NO U-TURNS sign.

Check in on the 13th was excellent
Dinner on the evening of 14th was superb the two gentleman servers were skilled professionals in their field - give them a raise this is a dying art form !!
Room 232 was the quietest room I’ve ever been in!!

Microwave not stable on fridge, parking kiosks unclear as to guest use, reception desk talking too fast and unclear, coffee terrible. The only good thing about this place is it’s location and view - a lot of general inconveniences.

Dear Wayne, we are sorry about any inconvenience you had with parking, I believe this was due to an exhibit at the hotel. The hotel did make alternate arrangements to accommodate all guests. We are glad everything else went well and thanks for the good rating!

Dear Dale, Thank you for choosing the Sheraton and for the excellent rating.
Rooms are in need of updating. Hilton garden in is a better experience for your money for this reason. They even offer breakfast.
No coffee in the lobby in the mornings. I won’t stay at a hotel that doesn’t have brewed coffee after this stay. This hotel is supposed to be a premium experience and it did not even compare to the Hilton garden inn.

Great experience from check in to check out. Hotel restaurant was delicious and the lobby is a gorgeous place to eat.
Every encounter with staff was pleasant.
