We paid for Diamond Club upgrade. What a waste. Do not recommend for this resort. Limited services if they put you in old overflow buildings for Diamond Club. Insist if you do to stay in Diamond club tower. Your butler and services are based out of that building. Limited alcohol type even at Diamond club bars We also did Butler service another waste of money. Had to constantly complain and ask. Finally talked to manager and then Butler service finally was available. Diamond club pool and regular guest pool same location. No difference like at other resorts Restaurants were horrible and not high standard for all inclusive. Out of 4 restaurants only 2-3 were open daily. Be prepared to have restaurants tell you they are out of certain food particular desserts daily. No excuse if you make a reservation. Sit down and then are told by waiter we have been out of that item for a week.

Heads-up!! You need to book a diamond club room.The restaurants are on a rotating schedule and are crowded. The only “reservations” that are accepted are made by your diamond membership butler. If you want to eat at one of the restaurants and are not a diamond member you can be placed on the waiting list ( 1- 1 1/2 hour wait) or try your luck at the other restaurant that is open. Italian, French, Indian, or Nibbs. If that doesn’t work then you get the buffet with the non diamond peasants. We came just prior to the busy season. Can’t imagine what it would have been like at peak.

The Royalton Grenada is a beautiful property conveniently located minutes away from the airport. Staffs are very friendly and work very hard to attend to your needed and wants. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice vacation.
