The St. Clair Inn epitomizes elegance and comfort, offering guests a luxurious stay with a touch of historical charm. From the moment you step into the grand lobby, you’re enveloped in an ambiance that speaks of a bygone era, yet with all the modern amenities at your fingertips.
The rooms are a testament to the inn’s commitment to guest satisfaction, with each space thoughtfully designed to be both inviting and functional. The beds are ok to sleep in, and the attention to detail in the decor is apparent.
My only complaint was the room temperature being an unusually high 77 degrees upon arrival late in the evening. This was a slight inconvenience and it took 45 minutes to a hour for the temperature to come down to an acceptable level. I was hoping to get right to sleep but was delayed in getting a comfortable and restful night’s sleep.
In summary, the St. Clair Inn is a jewel in the city, providing an experience that is rich in comfort and steeped in history. The minor issue with temperature control does little to mar the overall excellence that the inn delivers to its guests.
