I was disappointed with this property. I was expecting better for $199 a night. The reason for choosing it was for the “excellent” reviews it had vs others similar properties at cheaper rates, but unfortunately I did not find it to be “excellent” but average.The first and continuous impression was that it was deserted, isolated and no one was seen around at any time. The halls, dining area and pool area were always empty as well as the parking lot..so if you are looking for a quiet property this is it. it did feel safe though but nevertheless a weird lonely old feeling. The room was quite smaller than other hotels .. just a plain room with that ugly smell when you first get in.. it was also clean and I found the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was good & we liked they offered it till 10:30 am on weekends bc who wants to get up early on vacation for just a breakfast? So that was convenient and appreciated..the food items were decent.. the typical Continental breakfast with all its variety and the coffee was excellent! The food attendant was helpful but also made you feel uncomfortable just standing there staring while we serve our foods.,it just felt like being watched & judged. The front staff was ok..if anything rude. No welcome words or smiles at all and very poor eye contact.,at the check out same rude person (with the mustache) who will not even respond to my “Happy Easter” greeting! I will not stay here again as I have found better properties closer to the district!

As a longtime Marriott customer( Platinum status) we found this hotel no longer in our future stay plans . Room serviced “ every other day” . Elevator was dirty always. Grounds had trash and trash cans overflowing continuously. Breakfast was neat and well attended. Desk staff was cold and non - attentive.

Property doesn’t disappoint. Nice fee breakfast included. My room was a bit dated looking but clean. Water was slow to get hot in this room. Have stayed here before and other room was much nicer.

A yappy dog barking above my room for over 30 minutes woke me up around 7 am. Can't say that was the way I wanted to start my stay or day. This is on hotel to do something about these ridiculous policies allowing animals not only in rooms but on beds linens, etc. Do they really wash the linens every day after a guest brings in a pet? Don't think sol Was not happy and let staff know. Bed also seemed to have highs and lows and pits. My whole experience was no better than a cheap motel. I would not recommend this place with the animals thing going on.

There was no hot water in the bathroom sink. No tissues in tissue box the conditioner was empty. The shower was barely running. Very poor stream of water. No way should this place be listed as 5 stars. 🌟

The hotel property and room was clean. The bathrooms are clean but could use a wipe in the running boards. Staff was friendly especially the breakfast attendant. We had a very good stay and will stay again.

The cleaning of the room, the dirty carpet, the bathrooms smelled bad and I found a bedbug on the pillow. That is unhygienic, food under the beds and the service from those who do the cleaning is bad.

Great visit
JJ at check in was fantastic. He was very helpful with our check in process and other questions we had. The morning crew was very nice also. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Great visit

If you are wanting to watch TV do not go here. Their breakfast is goo and location is good. However, we asked two different times about the TV remote as it was not working. A staff member came to fix it and resolved it halfass blaming it on batteries. About 10 mins after he left, it stop working. I would not complain if I was there only one night , however, we were there two nights. I have never once left a bad review in the past but I have to say we were highly disappointed with the TV and it’s service.
