"Our 2nd Stay at the Duval apartments. The room we were allocated was a small apartment well equipped with a modern bathroom, comfortable bed ,fridge, kettle, cutlery Etc. The room was tastefully decorated and well maintained. Excellent location in the centre of the old town close to many restaurants and museums. "Although I booked a king size bed, we were given 2 twin beds together, I was too tired I did not bother …but at night I could not sleep because it is impossible for 2 adults being able to sleep on that tiny bed. So I went to reception at 3am and complained and they gave room with bigger bed. This should have been done in the first place. For 2 night stay it is a hassle to change a room!"

"Mostly friendly and helpful staff. Excellent and well appointed rooms. Rooftop bar a little soulless and bar staff inexperienced. Main bar has more atmosphere and is adequate but lobby bar lacks character. Would stay again."

"Excellent hotel, great facilities, spotlessly clean, good breakfast. 5 min walk to Warsaw central station. Tea coffee in room though would be good to have a few extra sachets instead of just 2. Big room, big bathroom, hair dryer and iron in room. Lots of storage space and wardrobe. Bath robes also provided. Easy to get an uber or bolt to old town. Also hairdresser and SPA services on site though we did not use. Soundproofing could be a bit better as we could hear people in the corridor. "

"Great location, excellent service. Very clean and very comfortable bed. Breakfast is very good but maybe over the top. If you are not a big eater get something outside for less money, they just raised $ to almost 40$. Overall a great place"

"The room was extremely clean. I even check in places that normall get ignored such as the top of the bed headboard, top closet selves, and under the bed. All were clean. The service is great, subtle but attentive, very helpful in general. This is what I expect at a 5-star hotel."
