"This property is not actually in a HOME, which was a bit misleading. It is in the upstairs of a retail building, and appears to have been an office space remodeled for apartments. The unit itself was in suitable condition. There were stains on the ceiling, the smoke detector was covered (assuming this was from a previous customer), all amenities were in working condition. "This was an easy and very last minute booking of a double queen room with a city/street view. The staff were attentive. The room was clean, for the most part. I kept wondering what happened to dusting and vacuuming? We also received a startling wake-up call to ask if we'd lost a voucher, AT 6AM. They couldn't have chosen a better timing for people possibly on vacation? "
