You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Your family & friends will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. You will be within 15 min from Chula Vista’s famous 3rd Ave for the nightlife and breweries. Other than that, 5 min away from the local shopping center & freeways. Also, 10 min from the mall.
- Maxium night stay PER RESERVATION is 28 nights
In this house you will enjoy a recently updated kitchen w/ quartz countertops, and a KING BED. Above all, enjoy and unwind with family/friends in the private patio with the fire pit and a game of ping pong!

The space:
This is a beautiful 1200 sq foot 3bed/2 bath home with no garage. The house garage is a converted studio where a young couple live. They are an awesome, respectful couple that you might not even see during your stay. They have their own separate private entrance to their section so they will provide no disturbance to your experience.

You can get around on public transportation, Uber, Lyft, taxi or personal vehicle of course

- 20 min to Downtown San Diego
- 4 min to the local shopping center
- 4 min to freeways
- 10 min to mall

Parking will be on the driveway which will allow you to fit 2 vehicles for yourself (1 car in front of another). Free street parking available, but limited

The other two spots on the driveway are occupied by the property manager and his wife that live in a separate garage/studio which is attached to the home and provide no interruption to your privacy or experience. Our property managers are available to you to assist with any unforeseen issues during your stay.

Lots of bang for your buck
Clean, convenient location, easy access, easy parking, laid back host. Would definitely recommend. I literally don’t have one negative thing to say. Would book again.

It was ok
We found out upon arrival that the hosts live in the garage which was converted to a studio apartment. This left us feeling like we had no privacy. They checked in with us multiple times and sent several very lengthy emails. They were nice but it was weird. Also roofers were on the roof at 8am the morning we were checking out which was quite distributive to our kids sleep.

Nice but a little disappointing
First, some good things. The owners/host were very good and easy to communicate with. The location is close to a major highway so it is convenient to get anywhere in the San Diego area. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen has updated appliances and the dining room table is big enough to easily accommodate six adults. Now, some not so good. There was the remains of a bar of soap left in the master bathroom. Several of the towels and bath mats had stains or holes. The AC is a wall unit in the living room, so the back bedrooms never get very cold. You have to share the driveway which makes parking tight. Finally, the house is on the corner of a busy street, so you hear a lot of traffic.
